AWESOME Customer Service

Had to bring my new 2014 Impala in to have sunroof seal replaced. noticed it when i was test driving that it did not look right. i live 3 hours away from Wichita so i had to schedule a specific time to bring it back. Luke and svs dept was VERY cooperative in meeting my tight meeting schedule. I also had the protection package applied and when Luke brought me my car to my meeting location it looked amazing. I really appreciate the personalized customer service I received. MORE dealerships should embrace your customer appreciation.

Great service

I felt so terrible because I couldn't get to Wichita until later in the evening. Even though, it was very late at night, the guys at Davis-Moore were willing to work with me and didn't make me feel stressed or rushed at all. The whole experience was great, and I feel very happy with my purchase.

Davis Moore

My husband is handicapped and did not want to get out of our truck to look at all the different trucks we might be interested in. Danny went above and beyond by just showing us exactly what we wanted without my husbandr having to get out. He was excellent in answering all of our questions. He was also a very enjoyable, personable person to work with! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate him a 20! We also worked with Jonathan and he also went above and beyond on working with us for the options we wanted added and pricing. He gave us some great deals! I would also rate him a 20. He was very personable and enjoyable to work with too!

Everything was excellent: people, service and faci

I had an early appointment. They were ready for me. I was in and out in very little time...home in less than one hour. This was the first service for my new Camaro and I greatly appreciate the free oil change. The people in Service were very friendly and professional. Great experience.

Great service

Kimberly helped me with my truck. She scheduled the repair of my turn signal and the undercoating for the same day. She arranged for me to have transporation to my house and back to the delivership. It was a good to have everything completed in one day.

Great service

Davis Moore has excellent customer service that treats you like family not a dollar sign. My husband and I were impresed as we visited this dealership while test driving from a different car lot at no time did we feel pressured to come back. All of our sales guys were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. We had a complete Wow experience and we found our home for future purchases with our new Davis Moore family. I can continue with words but this is by far the best group of dealers I have ever visited.
