Just bought a car from Nick at A Unique Auto Source. I have owned many cars and this was by far the least stressful and easiest process I’ve ever had.There was zero pressure to purchase. I initially called and asked about the vehicle; Nick agreed to meet me on his off day. I completed financing online with a lender on Monday morning and was able to pick up my new ride after work that evening. The vehicle was freshly detailed and gassed up. Big thanks to Nick for making this the best car buying experience ever.

Purchased a Cadillac. However, they did not complete the registration/ tags paper work in a timely manner. So the 30-day tags that was issued to me has now expired... Not satisfied with my inquiry...Was told it was sent overnight, but it wasn’t. Getting ready to complain to DMV, BBB, and FTC.

It was truly a pleasure working with Nick and Adam. After test driving the vehicle, I emailed a list of repairs that I would like to have done prior to purchasing. Not only did they complete the repairs, Nick actually took care of a few additional items that I was not was not even aware of. Nick and Adam were an absolute pleasure to work. I test drove the vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. Emailed them the next day to advise that I wanted it with the condition that a few items be fixed. Not only did Nick fix my concern items, he also took care of a few items I was not aware of. The night I purchased the vehicle, they stayed late to accommodate my schedule since I was coming from Charlotte. While Nick was filling me on the car, Adam went out and checked on my wife to make sure she was comfortable and happy. Great guys and I highly recommend using them for your next car purchase.
