Roberta from Apex NC these guys are great they go the extra miles for you brought a car from them had minor issue Adam came from albermarle to Apex to fix the Minor issue and when I needed him again he was there these guys are phenomenal I thank you so much will come back to visit real soon I hope to find customers that's in the market for a vehicle I will send them to aunique auto once again thank guy's

A buyer's honest review. Cadillac Escalade ESV

Looking online for a Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum edition. To my surprise we stumbled upon what looked like a good car from the pictures. Looked at the carfax, pictures and everything was adding up to potentially be a nice vehicle. Drove an hour just to look at the vehicle, because anyone buying a car knows it can look good on the outside, and still run like crap. Once arrived i was expecting to be heckled and preassured with a salesmen about the truck and to my surprise that didn't happen. Once i got a good look at the truck i decided i wanted to go inside and get a salesmen (Now i know he goes by Nick) offered right away to let us test drive it if we wanted to. I just wanted to see how it started and listen to how it idled etc. etc. He went in and printed off some information about the car, and the "turn key price". I was satisfied at what i seen. I went home to do some more research on the truck, and what to expect to replace, and the cost for repairs. After doing my research about different aspects of the vehicle i came to the price of new tires, and knew that i would need to purchase tires because the ones on the truck were about 80% tread left. So i decided to get my son to call and make a cash offer, and around 15-20~ minutes later i received a call back from Adam accepting the offer. Set up a day to come by their Car lot, because they were at this time out of town for business, and a few days later i arrived with a couple of questions and not knowing what to expect. I asked to take a test drive, and i assumed i was going to have one of the salesmen (Adam or nick) drive with me and feel preassured.whilest driving the car, but one of the guys put the dealer tags on and gave me the keys to test drive however i wanted. After spending a few minutes in the truck i was hooked. It drove well, handled above my expectations, no poping or noises coming from the truck. So after a short test drive i drove it back and began the simple and easy buying process where i was informed with detail about every paper i signed, what i was signing and after that was taken care of i drove it off the lot, and on my way home it drove smoothly, no check engine lights or anything. It drove very well. Ultimately the whole process was perfect, and i already have them looking for my son a car. Thanks Nick & Adam.

Nice Experience

Nick and Adam were great to deal with. Quick and easy purchase. Our only recommendation is to buy the warranty they offer. We did not and 10 miles down the road the check engine light came on and now we will be spending another $500 to fix the problem.

Excellent Customer Service!

I just had the pleasure of doing business with these guys and the customer service was excellent! You rarely get that these days so it was a breath of fresh air. They were very courteous and took the time out to answer any questions and took me on a test drive, even gave me a quicker way to get back home to Charlotte. The day I was supposed to pick up the car, I had no one to ride with me so these guys drove the car to Charlotte & delivered it right to my driveway! I am impressed and a very satisfied customer. You won't be disappointed doing business with A Unique Auto Source. Their customer service is top notch and I love my car. They cleaned it up nicely and filled the tank up with gas.

Nick and Adam has awesome teamwork! They aim for customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond my expectations during my buying process. They provided me with audio equipment for my vehicle and minor repairs. They also provided me with instructions on operating entertainment equipment. Best car buying experience I've ever had.

Nissan Maxima

I bought this car in July and My wife and I absolutely love it!! My wife is still in love with this car. We only drive it mostly on weekends and on special occasions and it looks good as when you sold it to us. Thank you!! We go on your website from time to time and you guys sell some nice cars to fit the average person budget. You do us right we do you right. I tell people where we got our car and they absolutely love it. It feels good to look on your website and see this car sold only for my wife to tell me I did a great job by purchasing.
