We came to the lot with no expectations ,but was pleasantly pleased with everything, from the professionalism, eye for detail in everything from the office to the car being purchased. We were in the market for a used car for our children. Fortunately for us this dealership is right in our hometown. There really aren't words to describe what an awesome car buying experience we had with Nick and Adam. From the response to our initial email while they were on vacation to our purchase of an Acura, Nick and Adam went above and beyond what any car dealership has ever done. Their honesty was appreciated and they even went as far as to pay for service issues that they felt needed to be done. They came in on their day off just so we could do another test drive. When the car needed to have service they offered another car off their lot so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. I?ve purchased many cars over the years and have visited various dealerships and worked with many salesmen and women who represented those dealerships. Having had the opportunity to witness the ultimate customer service experience I had at A Unique Auto Source, Inc. was 2nd to none hands and feet down. In mid February 2015, I purchased a 2000 LS 400 that took me a several months to locate. Needles to say, I was in an accident the following April and my care was totaled. Unfortunately, it was back to the drawing board again for me. Fortunately, during my search for yet another 2000 LS 400 I ran across one at A Unique Auto Source, Inc. Now, my time was extremely limited during the week so I had been on the road to various cities looking at vehicles of interest. It was a SUNDAY when I called A Unique Auto Source, Inc. and low and behold Adam answered the phone, which I did not expect, from that moment on, I witnessed the ultimate customer service experience with purchasing a car unfold before my eyes. After giving Adam some background on my situation and expressed interest in driving from Atlanta, GA that day due to the limited amount of time I was working with, Adam immediately offered to come in and meet with me. I was shocked to say the least. I arrived approximately 4 hours later and Adam and one of his mechanics were on site ready to deliver the ultimate customer experience by answering all of my questions, took a test drive, honored my request to drive down a bumpy road, placed the car on a lift, provided the car fax, etc. I must say that I was at total peace with moving forward with the purchase but the experience didn?t stop there. Adam and Nick worked with me getting the paperwork completed, researched service records, made some minor repairs and in the end, they both delivered my car to me here in Atlanta which was totally unexpected because I was prepared to drive a rental back to NC to take delivery. I bought my Infiniti G35 from this dealer. when I first came in they where very friendly and willing to help me find a car. By no means where Nick and Adam pushy salesmen. They let me shop for the car that I wanted and provided input about the vehicles. after talking to them for hours, I truly believe that any car that they sell, they would drive for themselves. so they don't buy junk cars and Einstein them up. I've often seen new inventory on they're lot. so maybe if they don't have the vehicle that you are looking for today, they might have it tomorrow. I have a friend who bought his Range Rover from here and has been nothing but satisfied with it. I would recommend this dealer to anyone searching for a used car. when it comes time to upgrading to a new car I will be definitely be returning to see Adam and Nick at A Unique Auto Source. I don't normally do review on cars I have not driven for 2 month. I just got a 2007 lexus es350 today from a unique auto source. I was suppose to get the car last saturday but was on my way to charlotte so I decided to go back on wednesday but unfortunately it snowed so i called nick to let him know,He told me not to worry but he will deliver it to raleigh today and unbelievable he called me this morning and brought the car to my job in garner for us to finish the deal. I will recommend anyone to check this awesome guy out. They are real professional and reliable, their cars are in great sharp as well. Thanks guys
