Good Service

I only came to get my battery checked. I had bought it there and it was still under warranty, so if it was bad. I knew they would be able to replace it.

Great Service

My experience with Rusty Eck Services has always been great. This last time did not fail my expectations. My car was taken in quickly and fixed in a very timely manner. The front desk technican, Manny, was great as well. He communicated very well, kept me informed, answered my questions, and was very professional.

Great service

I purchased my Fusion in May of 2014. I have always had it service at Rusty Eck. The folks are friendly and I always get in and out in a reasonable time.

Great service

I needed regular service and a recall notice. I called one day ahead and was able to get the car in and out on the date that I wanted.

oil change

Service was fine was able to get vehicle serviced w/out having to wait a long time the only thing was they didn't reset the oil change light & because on previous oil changes we had done on other vehicles the oil cap was not put back on I requested for them to raise the hood to make sure the oil cap was put back on my car which they were happy to do it.
