We were very happy with the price we got on our new truck. It was late when we finished & we were set up in a vehicle that had no gas in it while our truck was on its way. Debra made it right by offering us a free fill up on our new truck after it came in. We were very happy.

Joe Konen was who i worked with. He made it clear from minute one that he was out to help my fiance and myself. He was outgoing to meet our needs, he knew the content of what we talked about in regards to all of our options with the new cars we were looking at. Before walking into Rusty Eck Ford I had a negative connotation of car dealerships from previous experience and not getting the level of service I thought deemed necessary. I was learry of coming back into Rusty Eck Ford as a few weeks back i had come in and worked with a very pushy salesman he did not care what i wanted just wanted to sell me anything. I came back because I wanted a new car. I happened to get Debra and she was very patient with me.
