We were on a car shopping hunt for my 15 yr old's FIRST car. We stopped by Rusty Eck as her "dream car" has been a Ford Fiesta but they have been hard to come by. Luckily there was a 2011 with low mileage available and we were able to work something out and Brad was a big help in getting this done quickly to allow us to surprise our daughter as she got out of school!!!

I Hate buying cars. This time i actually enjoyed it. Michael was very confident and easy to work with. Wasn't pushy, never made me feel uncomfortable. Knew what he was doing and how to get me the best deal without braking the bank. Even indulged my bratty 2 your old boy. I was impressed with Michaels ability to get me what i wanted and didn't try to push me to get something i didn't just so i would buy a car.

I went in to Rusy Eck Ford to purchase a new vehicle. I met with Richard Paquette, salesman. Rick had been recommended to me. Rick asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle. I told him the type of vehicle I wanted. Rick talked to me about the Ford Edge. We went out on the lot and looked at the Edge, Rick showed me the inside of the vehicle, showed me the accessories and all the information that is on the dash. I told Rick that was the vehilce I wanted. We drove it, then went in and did paper work. Rick told me that if my husband didn't like the vehicle when I brought him back he would void the paperwork and we would look at something else.Rick finished his part and had me talk to Greg Delong. Mr. Delong went through all the paperwork with me. I told Rick and Greg I needed to go home, get my husband and the vehicle we were trading in. When we returned to the dealership, the Edge was sitting out front washed, vacummed out and a full tank of gas. We went in and met with Greg and finished the paperwork. Rick showed my husband the vehicle and went through everything with him just like he had showed me. I took the Edge back for some service and was given a loaner vehicle. Rick, Greg and the staff in the service area were very friendly and easy to work with. I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle, and feel we got a good deal on the Edge. The Edge drives like a dream. I would recommend Rusty Eck Ford to my family and friends and the Edge.

I worked with Derek Fletcher. This man knows his business. He put me in my very first brand new Ford Focus. He got me the best price with the absolute best payments. I will definately call him when its time to upgrade.

The salesman was great. No pressure and answered all my questions. it took a couple hours to get the process completed but overall was a good experience.
