Excellent customer service, good communication....

Vincent is an excellent salesperson and Billy an excellent finance manager. A excellent experience overall, car delivery was fast and easy.. we got a excellent deal.

Great Service

Sheehy Ford-Warrenton is great. Bought my Explorer back in March which had a faulty backup camera. Issue was quickly resolved by Steve with a new one ordered and replaced as quickly as they could manage. Pleasant, Easy-going employees and nice facility, as well as great appt availability (which may or may not be due to COVID- not sure). Satisfied overall.

Excellent service all the way around. No hassle and no pressure buying experience made the process of finding the right vehicle, getting a great price and closing out the paperwork an easy and enjoyable one from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff was available at every turn. And when I need periodic maintenance, the service department is set up to get my vehicle taken care of quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend this dealership!

Excellent buying experience

Purchased a new Ranger from Gary and had as good of an experience buying a car as anyone could expect. Communication was great and pricing was very straightforward. We were in and out of the dealership quickly with the vehicle we wanted. Would definitely recommend.

I woukd give this dealer a negative star review if it was available.When I first went in to drop off my car for several recalled repairs I was passed around and asked to wait several times. When I was finally able to drop off the car I received a text message from Steve Dunnington telling me to use this text to correspond with the dealer concerning my car. Originally I was to,d that they woukd only need my car for one day. My appointment was 10am so by 4:30 I sent Steve a message asking for an update. I received no contact. The next morning at 8:30 I sent another message, still nothing from Steve. At 1:30 I sent another message indicating that if I did not get a response I would go into the dealership. A little after 2 I went in and watched as Steve got up and walked out. After waiting someone informed me Steve went to lunch. I explained the situation and asked them to tell Steve to call me please. After waiting two hours, which I think is plentry of time to return from lunch, I went back down to the dealership. Steve was once again away from his desk. After finally finishing with another customer Steve did talk to me and informed me that the only work that was covered was replacing one door handle. So very long story short, i went through all of this frustration and was without my car fro two days to replace a door handle that I know takes less then half an hour because I have actually done this on my own in the past! Do not use this dealership for service, it is not worth the hassle even if the final bill is zero!

Great service experience.

Great experience. Will continue to seek service and support from them. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. They knew how to help me and made recommendations for continued care of my vehicle.

This was the experience and that I had come to expect...

This was the experience and that I had come to expect from Sheehy, which the previous experience in December 2019 was anything but, I'm glad that I decided to try one more time. Crystal was wonderful, everyone was respectful and polite and the work was done in a great time, even faster than I expected and I can honestly say I would return.
