The team at Sheehy in Warrenton took good care of my truck and there were no surprises with regards to cost. The wheel liners I requested were ordered up quickly and installed without issue. This experience was very much to my satisfaction. The service staff seems every bit as customer service oriented as their sales team. I will gladly return!

I bought a new truck there recently. The service was excellent- no hard sell tactics and they met my price! I’d recommend them to anyone.

Bought used truck with low miles 10 days ago. Dealership gives 3 day buyback guarantee but didn't help much since they are located in middle of nowhere and wouldn't deliver the vehicle to me 30 miles away. Never bought a vehicle where the dealer wouldn't deliver it to me after the sale which is 1st reason for low marks on Customer Service. By time I arranged my own transportation to pick it up the 3 day guarantee mostly already gone. Wouldn't have helped anyway since truck drove fine for about 3 days then gas cap light went on...then the engine light went on...couple days later the radio stops playing soon as the engine is started and stays silent till engine turned off. Bringing it back tomorrow morn for servicing while still under 30 day warranty which they switched me to at signing after showing me 60 day warranty with salesman--why I gave them low marks for Buying Process. On top of that was told they won't give me a loaner vehicle while they fix the truck they sold me 10 days ago but will rent me a vehicle for $30/day---2nd reason I gave poor marks for Customer Service. We'll see how the repairs go before I log back in and rate that---if they fix it first time and make it right I'll give them 5 stars on the repairs; if they waive the rental car fee I'll consider revising the Customer Service rating though still not happy about being switched from 30 day to 60 day warranty at the signing. Ball totally in their court now whether I recommend them to coworkers, many of whom live near this dealership and asked me about it...or whether I tell locals to steer clear. Will update this once I know which way they want to play it.

Amazing service. Fast, great communication and found the problem which was one I didn’t expect (and a lot cheaper to fix). Who would have thought Covid and an idle car would be attacked by chipmunks!

My wife and I saw this RAV4 online at this location which was far away but we decided to take drive there and take a look after seeing others ones we were not impressed. I am glad we did! Vince and his manager were great and worked with us on our budget so we could get the car which by the way was in a great condition and super clean! We definitely recommend Sheehy Ford!

Problem was not taken care of needs to be put back in shop and fix problems and listen to what the customer is telling them about the problems
