Truck inspection

Prompt service at designated appointment time. Greeted upon arrival. Polite attendant and service advisor. Service advisor scheduled a recall repair when inspection was completed. Clean lounge for waiting for service to be completed.

No care for customer after purchase.

So I should have waited to give a review after awhile from purchasing my truck. Of course you get a bunch of attention when your buying. Ford owed me some extras after the purchase and I kept getting the run around that the parts are on back order and then an email that they are coming in. Then a text saying that there is a delay still. 5 months later I finally received them. Seems like they go against their motto that they want you as a customer even after the purchase. They did do one right thing... I was to pay for a part ($130) but after all the run around and waiting and waiting. They ate the bill, I owed nothing. I really don't want to go back for even an oil change. They almost beg you to give a 5 star review, saying it helps them with their bonuses. And I did, but looking back on it. The "salesman" that was handed off to me said was an expert in this type of truck. Well he is far from it. I had questions and he couldn't answer one directly. But when he did answer he was just saying something, no facts. I am pretty sure I know more about the vehicles than he did. Maybe he was new but a little research on the job would help. And truth from the beginning, not trying to BS me. I had to tell him that certain things are available, look online to Ford's site, it tells you. Was told "no you can't get that on this", but later find out that other Ford dealers say, "of course you can."

Satisfied with service done for Ford Fiesta . Wait time much better than last appointment. Service area staff polite and pleasant upon arrival. So a good day

We enjoyed our experience overall...better service thanin winchester. The only slight hiccup was it took a wjile to get into finance. Apparently they had a long winded cudtomer they couldn't peel away from.

We had a great experience at Sheehy. We found our...

We had a great experience at Sheehy. We found our Explorer ST on car gurus and sent an email inquiry in the middle of the night. The next day I had an email and phone call from Sheehy. When I called back I spoke to Matt the sales manager. He told me that vehicle had not been delivered. The next day Justin, our salesman called and informed us the ST had been delivered. I called back and worked out the price with Matt over the phone. No surprises and the internet price was already a great price. (I shopped at least 10 dealers over the phone) We had to wait almost a week to make the 2 hour drive to pick up the ST. When we got there, after the test drive Justin spent almost an hour explaining all the new technology to my wife. Justin was a super nice guy and he knew the answer to every question. I was very impressed. The finance office was quick and we were on the road headed home. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had and I have bought quite a few.
