First time purchasing from Quality Pre- Owned Vehicles. I wish I had read the previous reviews before choosing to go with them. Oscar was great but they are so slow in doing paperwork. My paperwork took over 11 business days to process. Yes - 11 days! Every time I called the dealership, Oscar would say "Oh I'm so sorry, I've been really busy. I'll do it today". Everyday with the same excuse led to 9 days. Oh and also, if you call and speak to Demitri, he will tell you that Oscar will call you in 30 mins - which BTW never happened on several times. If you are someone looking for a car and want to get all your paperwork done within 5 business day (which typically most dealers finish their paperwork in) - then this is not the place I would recommend. You will basically have to beg for your paperwork to be completed. Overrall, the car was good. They hid minor scratches with touchup paint which came out immediately after the first carwash.So be careful! Won't go to buy again!

Don't buy a car they don't guarantee there cars ...they claim they don't see before they buy ...they pass smog thru someone they know ...they are horrible ...not honest at all DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE ....means nothing......

We worked with Oscar on our truck deal. We drove over an hour to look at the trucks on his lot and found one that we loved so we pressed forward and applied and weren't expecting to get approved as my husband and I are both rebuilding our credit after a rough past couple years and we were approved!! Not only that but with a rate that we could afford and was a wayyy better rate than any major dealership would've offered us! Though it took us a few days to actual finish the deal on our truck (due to our own circumstances) I highly recommend Quality Pre Owned of Roseville for your auto purchases!! We got a great deal on our truck! Most places over price their vehicles, all of the vehicles on Oscar's lot are priced at market value or lower.

Drove 7.5 hours to get to this dealership just to look at this truck. Got there after hours so we stayed in a hotel and man was it worth it !!! Truck is BEAUTIFUL and Dimitri and staff were so pleasant to deal with. Got a great deal ,easy to deal with,no pressure,and they even set.me up with a lift kit and tires and wheels for a very good price then had the truck delivered to me. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!!! Oh and fyi...If you get hungry eat next door at the cafe great breakfast...thanks QUALITY we're very happy.....Jim Schrader

Few days ago I went to "Pre-Owned Quality Vehicles" in order to purchase a truck for myself . One I had my eye on was a 2010 Ford F-150 4x4 and, after inspecting it carefully I realized that it was a bit rusty underneath since it came from Canada, plus engine needed some repairs so, I gave up on this one and, that's where Oscar comes in. He took me through their truck lot and showed me a beautiful 2011 Ford F-150 4x4 , exactly what I needed for my farm. Engine looked great, tires were new; It needed some fixing but nothing major. I DIDN'T FEEL PRESSURED AT ANY POINT OF MY VISIT TO PURCHASE THIS TRUCK, VERY IMPORTANT!!! OSCAR, is the guy to deal with if you go there, trust me when i tell you, as a car technician I have seen all kinds of people so for me it is important to deal with honest and down on earth people. Oscar is the man of integrity, BOTTOM LINE! Very happy with my purchase. I feel like King driving my new truck. Thanks OSCAR!

Quality Pre-Owned Vehicles is an awesome business. I will be bringing my future business and recommending them from now on. Oscar is the salesman that we dealt with and out of all of the different salesmen that we dealt with, Oscar wins hands down. He listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to upsell us or sell us on something that we didn't really want. He didn't have a truck on the lot that we wanted the first time but he found one for us and we are proud new truck owners tonight.

Oscar was AMAZING!!! We walked onto the car lot super close to closing time and he didn't mind at all. He was very helpful, kind and just overall fantastic! I will send friends and family to him when they are ready to buy a car. Thank you Oscar!!!

I went in knowing what I wanted too see and test drive. It was very easy to do the test drive I wasn't given the hard sell by Oscar, which I completely appreciated. He showed me the highlights of the car in a nice friendly manner. He was very honest and didn't try to hide any less then perfect areas of the car, which I also appreciated. I loved the car and Oscar made it very easy to get through the paperwork and in a timely manner. I would recommend this car lot and specifically Oscar to all my friends and anyone reading this review..
