I have been searching for an SUV and was able to get the exact model I wanted for a great price! It's even better than I expected! The service, hospitality, and willingness to work with me (given my credit status) was amazing! THUMBS UP to Quality Pre-Owned Vehicles!

I went into Quality Pre-Owned Vehicles looking for certain car I had found online. The salesman was very relaxed and not pushy at all and had excellent service skills with outstanding knowledge of the cars. The car I wanted was already sold, but the salesman showed similar cars and I ended getting a much nicer car than the one I had originally picked out for a much lower price!!!

After the original experience with Quality Pre-Owned Vehicles, out of fairness I want to report what happened afterwards. I contacted Demitri and we discussed the problem at hand. We came to an agreement that we would split the cost of the repair. He is sending me a check for 1/2 of the repair bill. Although this was a frustrating experience I am satisfied with the outcome.

I purchased a low mileage vehicle from Dimitri at Quality Pre-Owned Vehicles. As I was looking over the vehicle I opened radiator cap. Dimitri specifically told me that the radiator had been flushed. The vehicle seemed to be in good shape and they offered a 3 month/3000 mile warranty. I drove the vehicle 226 miles and it began to overheat. STRANDED. TOWED. RADIATOR 80% CLOGGED. $575.00 REPAIR. WARRANTY COVERAGE DENIED! USELESS! I suggest buyers BEWARE! The salesmen will tell you anything to sell a vehicle. The warranty is used to make you feel good, but covers virtually NOTHING! It is just a gimmick to get you to purchase more coverage. Take my advice and look elsewhere for a used vehicle. This experience is why all used car dealers/salesmen have a bad reputation. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER
