I live several hours away. But Quality Pre-Owned in Roseville had the car I wanted, a newer Toyota Camry with low miles and an excellent price so it was worth the drive to check out. Absolute best experience with purchasing a vehicle so far! Dimitri and Oscar we're top notch professionals. They we're able to get me in a great car with a better loan then I previously had with a large Sacramento dealership. Thanks again guys!

I'm from Los angeles but saw Quality Pre-Owned was advertising a Saab 94x. I am a huge Saab fan and decided to take the trip up to Roseville (30 min n of Sacramento) to see the car. I spoke with Oscar and he told me the car was in great shape. A day before my trip Oscar called me to let me know that they had just driven the car and noticed the AC wan't working very well. I appreciated the honesty but still decided to take the trip up. Two buses a train ride and 8 hours later I made it to Quality as Oscar picked me up in the Saab at the train station. The car was beautiful and exactly what Oscar promised. I would highly recommend Quality Pre-Owned and make sure you ask for Oscar.

Oscar tried everything to help make us a deal. He found the perfect car and did almost all of the paperwork over email and the phone. If you want a great deal and superb service, go and see him.

We drove quite a long way to purchase a Denali XL, which the price, and mileage was great. The Customer Service was great and super friendly. Oscar and the team was extremely nice but since we were there longer than expected I suggest they should have snacks. Other than that experience was wonderful. Thus far my son LOVES his huge truck.

Oliver's attitude quickly changes from polite to rude and unprofessional if you know what to look for, that shady used car lots like this one try to hide. Showed up interested in a '06 VW Jetta TDI. Having a long history in the automotive industry, I found 2, large holes drilled into the passenger rear of the body behind the taillight (seen from bulb replacement flap in trunk. Rear bumper is missing all lower clips, and broken mounting point on passenger corner. Right rear quarter panel is dented where it meets with the bumper. Driver side rear upper pillar is dented. Trunk doesn't close correctly, as the entire weather sealing is damaged, torn, and bent. Shift boot wasn't clipped on, and sound dampening material is torn badly. Front driver side fender has tar or glue all over the lip. Stock radio replaced, and paint peeling on the door panels and controls. When asked for a history report, he said none were available, but still tried selling me the car using every excuse possible trying to justify all this damage. On top of that, wouldn't negotiate a price, saying he has to run my credit to do so, otherwise he is charged?!?! Makes no sense. All in all, steer clear from this place at all costs. They sell nothing but auctioned cars that reputable dealerships dump for reasons noted!

Oscar was very kind professional and courteous. He went to the extra mile for me, and went out of his way to make sure I got my truck. He held the truck for me when he have gotten another sale faster. He is a very honest and open communicator. Amazing service. I'm going to send all my friends to him, he was worth dealing with coming all the way from Patterson, CA. My future cars will be bought here.
