Buyer

It is our opinion that the dealership misled us on the 2020 truck. We wanted the 6.2 liter and got the 5.3 liter and wanted a GM extended warranty and got a generic one. Will never trade with these folks again!

Lemon

The worst experience ever car in shop more than I drive it only had it 4 months was told it was certified nothing wrong with it all a lie never will I use this dealership again and will not recommend them to anyone sold me a lemon

I had a check engine light come on my pickup truck Mrs. Shannon Marsh in the service department is great! My vehicle was taken good care of while it was there. Seems like they actually care about their clientele. Thanks once again!

Poor service and dirty preowned cars

The seller knew that we were traveling from Dallas to buy the car, we actually reserved first, and when we got there the car was super dirty in and out. We complain about it and the manager didn?t even offer to clean it. We ended not buying the car and of course and just wasted 3 hours that weekend

car-buying review

hi, I had a very pleasant experience in purchasing my vehicle from Gabriel/Jordan Chevrolet-Cadillac in Henderson, Tx. I had not received my expecting insurance money, but they allowed me to post-date a check and take delivery of my vehicle, and they held the check until I informed them that my funds were in. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in search of a vehicle.

Fraudulent!

I bought a new 2009 Silverado from this dealer while a GM 60-day buyback program was in effect. I wasn't happy with the truck and decided to return it. When I did, I was told they couldn't take the truck back because I signed a document accepting a $500 rebate in lieu of participating in the buyback program. I knew I didn't sign such a document, so I asked for a copy of it. The moment I saw it, it was instantly obvious that was NOT my signature. I told the owner that wasn't my signature, but he disagreed. He claims he talked to the finance manager who swore he watched me sign it, which was a lie! Ultimately, a handwriting analyst was called in who verified that was NOT my signature. Ultimately, I filed a forgery report with the Henderson police department and was given a full refund on the truck. The owner, Don Gabriel, was a complete jerk to me...until he found out his dealer forged a document.
