Bought car just few months back and Toyota car is giving

Bought car just few months back and Toyota car is giving issues already. Every time they say car has problems during servicing . It wasn’t checked before they sold it for high price.

Excellent customer service from Jason Haskett

In pursuit of a specific car color/package, we found online that Scherer had one in stock. We worked with Jason Haskett to confirm and coordinated everything virtually so that we could just arrive, sign, and quickly finish the process of purchasing the vehicle. All went really smooth. Car and paperwork ready when we arrived. A small issue came up but was quickly resolved to our liking. Jason then thoroughly went over the car features with us and we were on our way. Outstanding service considering we are over 2 hours away and would likely not do our ongoing maintenance at the dealership due to the distance.

Beware. They will lie to your face.

Found out I was lied to about pricing on my car. If I could cancel the deal I would. I feel I got taken & now have no recourse.

My exact same model I bought is now about $1300 less a

My exact same model I bought is now about $1300 less a week later at their grand reopening. Scherer says tough.

Great people to work with

Very accommodating. Really tried to understand what I wanted. Salesman Ken Thomas was very helpful. As a woman, I appreciate being treated like my opinion counts.

Very helpful with no pressure!

Ken Thomas did a great job helping us figure out which vehicle was right for us, without sales pressure or hype...very friendly and helpful! He then spent a lot of time showing us how to navigate through all the features on our Mazda once we had made our purchase! Highly Recommend!

Horrible service experience

First off never had an issue with service here Took car for warranty work and the loaner car was disgusting. The car had food crumbs everywhere Wife picks our car and it smells wire a cherry bomb went off in our car, someone either vaped or smoked a cigar in our car. Second thing is they’ll put over sixty miles on our car and burnt over a quarter tank of gas, so either someone was joy riding in our car or they were driving our car home at night as it was the dealers car. They had no explanation or seemed to care. I have called a few times to talk to Jim Scherer but of course had to leave a message with no call back. Now our car makes engine noises since they worked on it

Outstanding Service!! Scherer Mazda of Peoria

Overall wonderful shopping experience Ken Thomas was a amazing salesman. He came out in the cold rain when we were just driving through the lot. I would highly recommend Scherer Mazda of Peoria.
