Katie Banik is a very good sales person. She helped me from start to end. She also helped me with small stuff like connecting phone to the CX5 and how I can use some features of the vehicle. That shows how good the sales person she is.. Keri Thierer had also helped me at the start. Both of the sales representative were quick and responsive in answering all the questions and concerns.

Despite being completely under construction everyone was very engaging and friendly. I found my sales person by accident just asking for directions and we got along like old friends from the beginning. I love my new car. It’s not exactly what I wanted since it is five years old but it is close and with my price range. The only thing I wish it had is AWD.

She was always quick to return my calls and txts, and she helped us get the exact car we were looking for. Salesman Ryan spent time with us to be sure we understood all the aspects of our new vehicle. It was after 5 on a Saturday when we finished, but he never acted like he was rushing to go home.

Mr. Scherer has a gem of a dealership. Ryan Menke was great to work with and got us exactly what we wanted. The entire ream made the process easy and seem to focus on customer service/satisfaction and not making every extra dollar that they can. Because of this we will be back.

Process of buying the car was somewhat easy. The test drive and talking through the options with Ryan. The buying was a little off. I asked for CEFCU and was given Mazda financing because that’s “what they use”. That was the 31st of March. I have not received the car yet or any notifications since 4/7, today is 4/16. I was told the car would be in 4/14. But still waiting for communication about my vehicle arriving.

This is my 5th Mazda I have owned. I have purchased 4 from this dealer and I did purchase one from a Chicago dealer. I find that Scherer Mazda is much more focused on meeting my expectations versus trying to up sale me on things I don’t want or need. Ryan Menke is a top notch consultant. Very knowledgeable and does what it takes to match a vehicle to your needs. There slogan is spot on “Discover Scherer, you’ll love it here”
