Friendly techs; nice, clean facility, and waiting room with snacks and popcorn while you wait.😊. Waiting time is kept to a minimum. They also wash your car for free after servicing.

Positive Experience
Adil Fadlelmula was extremely helpful in helping us put together a deal to do a lease buyout. He is personable, I feel he's honest and most importantly he works to make the deal happen. Yes, I did have to put up with all the standard dealer strategies that make car buying so offensive (please bring back Saturn!) but in the end we made it happen. Adil was neither insistent nor pushy. He is a flat out nice guy.

Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant!
My husband and I were casually looking for a vehicle as mine had a fairly costly repair that needed done before it could be driven again. We were very impressed with the sales team and Adil in particular as they all took the time to listen to our needs and concerns with purchasing a new-to-us vehicle. We weren't positive that we would find what we were looking for as we were very particular, but they helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and they worked with us to keep it mostly in our budget. They even stayed late so we could finish all the paperwork and answer any questions we had. The kindness seemed genuine and was very much appreciated, especially amidst the general stress of making a big purchase. Thank you Adil and team!

Very satisfied
Had my Soul in for an oil change and was notified that the right rear caliper was leaking and was being repaired under warranty. Service advisor John Kainz was professional, courteous and informative on the status of my vehicle and any other service that would be needed in the upcoming months. His honesty and concern is something that is missing in todays world Thank you again John.

Whatever happened to customer service
This dealer dropped the ball on so many levels. And when called out on them they offered up the most unprofessional excuses. Buying a car there was the stereotypical bad car shopping experience that I thought no longer existed in this day and age of striving for customer satisfaction.

I got fisted at Gerald
Save yourself from unnecessary aggravation. Find another dealer. Even if you live across the street and were thinking about convenience. Don't do it. There are plenty of other dealers out there that won't treat you as if they are doing you a favor by selling you a car.

The best car shopping experience
Went last night to see what inventory they had after a sour experience at Ed Napelton Acura in Elmhurst Il and test drove 2 vehicles. The vehicle was not exactly matching the criteria we were looking for but we striked a deal and agreed to finalize the purchase today since we were there until almost 11pm. Ed and Gina were very professional,polite,caring and most importantly that we are welcomed!!! Ed went above and beyond to make sure we got a good deal and the price was fair to both of the parties. After this amazing experience I will definitely return back or refer my friends and family.

I’m lovin’ it
Walking in I was welcomed with warm smiles, personal connection, and constant updates while I waited. More was done than I originally came in for, and they supplied me with a loaner car in the mean time.
