I drive a 2014 Kia Forte.
I drive a 2014 Kia Forte. I realize my car is old and it was only a matter of time before things start falling apart and, on August 26, things started to fall apart. I had to have my Forte towed to my dealership, Gerald Kia in North Aurora It took a few days and then there was Labor Day, but they eventually got back to me to tell me they did not know what was wrong, so they had to bump the diagnostic report to their senior technicians. I was given a loaner and all I could do was wait. I have to admit I became very anxious and worried about the cost. I finally heard back. The bad news: they have to replace the engine. The good news: no charge to me. I was elated! The engine was ordered and installed. After the test drive they discovered the alternator was malfunctioning so that was replaced (yes, I did pay for that). I've been a loyal customer of Gerald Kia for all my car repairs and have always appreciated their professionalism and reliability. Needless to say, John and his crew did not disappoint when it came to these most recent repairs. The service itself is excellent and I still recommend them for repairs.

I've bought a couple of cars now from the Gerald group in the last several years and have had positive experiences each time. Staff at Gerald Kia of North Aurora were extremely helpful as I tried to decide what car would best meet my needs and the needs of my family. We worked with Martin who took the time to answer all of our questions. He was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy or aggressive. Buying and taking on the cost of a new car can be very stressful but Martin made the process easier.
