Oil Change Pros!
The only negative thing about the experience was the plastic seat wrap and paper floor mat were left behind in the car, so I had to remove them myself.

Outstanding Customer Service
I was once at a point where I would never return to your dealership. The customer service in the service department under prior leadership was not good (the former service manager was very rude). I happened to return as I had one free oil change remaining from my new vehicle purchase from your dealership and was pleasantly surprised to learn a leadership change took place in your service department. Since that change, I have been back three times and the customer service has been outstanding.
