The lack of customer concern is obvious and if there is

The lack of customer concern is obvious and if there is no money being spent you get put aside. I bought a brand new escape and have nothing but issues with the service and vehicle. Within a month I have been in a this place 5 times. All for what should be very minor issues. I opted for a vehicle protection package, and when I got my car back after the first service appointment, my car was dirtier than when I brought it in. I had a large, scratch mark on my hood, and nice all over the body. I removed the rear license plate and there was nothing but mud behind it showing that they didn’t do much of anything to the vehicle. If you’re gonna wax and buff this car, a ceramic protection package, wouldn’t it touch the whole body? So when I brought it in that time, I mentioned an issue with the rear subwoofer. It made lots of scratching noises like the coil was ripped or something manager told me that’s how every car sounds and later I get a call saying they heard the sound now and that they were replacing it under warranty. I take my vehicle home in a couple days later while driving on the highway I hit a couple bumps, audio cut off and cuts back on. This happens multiple times so I tested it and hit more bumps and it did the same thing cut off cut back on. So I go back in to get this replaced and fixed . They said they think they found the problem and wire harness might’ve been damaged or loose and they replaced it and fixed it. That issue resolved. But instantly upon playing, any music or sound, there’s a clicking noise coming from the subwoofer, a nonstop clicking it just clicks with any noise that comes through the subwoofer so I immediately call and let them know what happened. Tell him I cannot come back immediately. I need to schedule an appointment for Saturday feb 17 and I’ll need a rental because I need my vehicle . Going for appointment at 9 AM. “I don’t see any appointment for you. Who did you talk to?” I gave the name of the guy and they said well he’s not here he’s sick. So I asked the guy can’t you just call him and confirm and find out cause this is the guy I’ve been dealing with, so he calls him and confirms. Yeah there should have been an appointment but no rental. So for Warranty work, I’m not gonna have a rental and a vehicle I’m supposed to be without a vehicle for however, many days until it takes to figure this out. The lack of concern or even trying to go above and beyond to fix the situation for a customer who just bought a new car. All I heard was what do you want me to do about it there’s nothing I can do just come back next week like it’s that simple. These are the simple things that create buyers remorse. I refuse to go back.

Was a straight forward process.

Was a straight forward process. Only “issue” was waiting for my out of state bank to mail the check to them before they would mark it as sold. JR helped a lot even on his day off getting the deal done with my bank. He was one of the nicest genuine car salesmen I’ve worked with!
