Excellent service, they were responsive and answered all questions on time, did all what is necessary to make the purchase process hassle-free. I would definitely come back and purchase again from them in the future.

Horrible experience servicing my car.

Horrible experience servicing my car. Brought my car for service and 2 weeks later they found something wrong with an item in my engine that it if they really inspected properly inspected they would have caught it. Especially since they supposedly did a multi point inspection. Can’t take responsibility for dropping the ball. Sends me a video showing the so called issue for less than 10 seconds on the video spent more time showing me something for my to spend money on. Items that I have noted in the past doesn’t get documented properly. You speak to management and they have no sense of let’s address the customers concern let’s just talk about issues with your own cars. Picked up my car and noticed a scratch on my rim and they have no comment. Especially when they said they reviewed the wheels and said everything is ok. The cable that they said is chewed looks like a clean cutting of wires. AutoNation doesn’t care and VW doesn’t do anything. I’m glad we spend so much money on vehicles for to be treated and taken care in a crappy way. No response from the corporate office and have messages showing I’m asking for a response and get nowhere. I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the handling of my VW vehicle’s ongoing issues. Good quality service and the service advisor, Brian

Good quality service and the service advisor, Brian McKine, is very professional and personable. Unfortunately, the prices for additional services (brake service) and parts (battery and air filter) that I needed were so much higher than what I had researched elsewhere, or could buy and install myself that I had to pass.
