This is our second VW Atlas that we buy at VW Mall of GA and while I always shop around for the best price, VW Mall of GA always gives me the best price and service. Great thanks to Josue who provided exceptional customer serive.

I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing my experience

I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing my experience was at the dealership. Asmir was incredible with taking care of my vehicle. He keep me updated and honored the coupon from the site. I asked if a car wash was included and he said yes. I mentioned I was glad because a bird had pooped on the car. When I went to pick up my car, he let me know he pressure washed the spots. I was so impressed how he went above and beyond to do that. He didn’t try to get me to add services or buy anything extra. In fact I told him the last place I went to said I needed some items, he reviewed everything and no everything looks good. I was shocked because my fear and I know of people won’t get their car serviced at a dealership because they worry about add ons and the price. Asmir being helpful and honest has made me want to continue to bring my Taos here. Best experience. Oh and he had the coolest pens they looked tools at his desk. If you need service, he’s your guy.

Quinten and Brian always take great care of me.

Quinten and Brian always take great care of me. They both provide clear explanations of the work that is being done and help with planning future service visits. I recently had issues with a battery which I brought from the dealership about 2 years ago. The battery was defective and they stepped up to replace it free of charge. Top notch service!

Easiest car purchase I went thru. The process was quick and easy. The dealership was beautiful and clean. The salesman Josue helped me with everything I needed and everywingoe question was answered.

I was going to purchase a vehicle, same day.

I was going to purchase a vehicle, same day. It simply would come down to the aesthetics and overall “feel” once I drove 400+ miles to the dealership. My coordination was on-point. Had my financing in order… USAA would cut the check, easy-peesy. In my mind… it couldn’t get easier than me. 2 hours prior to arriving the other “option” was sold… That was disappointing but I’m nearly there … so ok, then. The original finance fella had already left for the evening (ok, that’s fine too) … as I entered the office I was told (not asked) that the individual finalizing me was “in training”. Ugh. It’s dark. A lil past 8pm I don’t mind that training is necessary, but not tonight. I was out of state, tired, and with less than a hour before the dealership closed it should’ve been common sense to have a veteran. Ok, that happened. I looked in my vehicle and asked where my “mats” were… it’s specifically engineered for bmw and not readily available for purchase. I was told that they would be placed after the “detailing” which would occur shortly. Ok, got it. As it turns out… both front mats were missing, the two back stem valves on the tires were missing & the back half of the vehicle wasn’t vacuumed because residual animal hair on a mat was there. My contention is the lack of attention to detail & the notion of misappropriation towards training on a customer who is both exhausted & disappointed (insert other car sold here). I did my part. Practically had the e-check in hand… I didn’t even negotiate the price or ask for a courtesy discount because of the lack of car reservation that I was promised. So… this was a first & last in terms of experience @ this dealership for me. The Salesman was nice… but it’s like the garnish on a meal (it counts) but the things that matter to me… well… those matter.
