I Made a Monday appointment on a Friday in my truck sat

I Made a Monday appointment on a Friday in my truck sat there for three days before they even looked at it. Isn’t the purpose of scheduling appointments to have the service done the day of the appointment ? The work was completed satisfactorily , but the way they handled me as a customer was lousy. It made no difference to me when they told me that they had all their racks tied up and their people didn’t show up to work… I keep my appointment promises with my customers!!!! The diagnosis of my truck problems could’ve been made on Monday and I would’ve been OK with that. Instead, I had to hound them every day to get an answer.
