Super nice people, gave me a wonderful greeting first thing in the morning, and they were done with my oil change and washed my car really quick! It was great!

Had to call multiple times to schedule service.

Had to call multiple times to schedule service. Customer service rep rudely told me she tried calling me. She used a number from 10 years ago and never tried the number I left with the scheduling team. Finally has service scheduled for my product recall and asked them to look at my AC. they said it would be $220 if the Freon needed to be replaced. They ran a diagnostic test without my knowledge then charged me $255 for a test I never approved. Then quoted me $3500 to fix the AC.
