Many thanks to George Estrada for getting me back into a 2nd KIA. George kept me reassured that the finance department and GM would make it all possible. Confidence was key. I am a proud owner once again. George is not pushy as I experienced elsewhere. No pressure and I felt quite comfortable as I waited for the great turnout. We were blessed to have such an informative sales person (Jorge Estrada) help us buy our new car. He knew the ins and outs of this vehicle and also was very patient and helpful with all of our questions. Never have I bought a car and have been offered to go through all the key features on a vehicle. Most of the time they tell you to look at the manual to answer any questions, but this gentleman took the time to go through the vehicle step by step. He wasn't in a rush to finish us off so he can go sell another vehicle. It was an awesome experience. If you are looking to by a kia, please visit them and ask for Jorge. Job well done!
