I went in for regular car maintenance & was given excellent customer service by service advisor Jennifer Coselman. She explained everything my vehicle might need & got me the best deal saving me money. She was very professional while being friendly. I recommend this facility hands down. Everyone I have encountered here has been excellent!

The experience we had buying a car with Kirby Subaru was great. We had been looking at Crosstreks for a long time. And finally decided it was time to set serious. My husband called Jim Read, who had sold us our Forester, and asked for help in getting a Crosstrek. He called back in 30 minutes and we got our car the next day! Everything we asked for in the Crosstrek we got. Everyone at Subaru made buying our car a good experience. Everyone there is friendly and soooo helpful. And I'm not kidding walking into the dealership was like walking into a family atmosphere. We are so happy with our new car !
