Fantastic experience from start to finish!
We were in a bit of a time crunch when it came to finding a a new car, and Kate Kim at AutoNation was excellent! She was efficient, showed us cars that we were interested in and that fit our budget, and went to bat for us to get a great price. We were able to see several cars, test drive one, and finish our purchase in about three hours. We couldn?t be happier with our new car or with the experience we had with Kate. Go see her, she will definitely help you out!

Bought a used truck in January. They told me about the tint and door guards "add on" in the contract after we agreed on a price. I was also promised a replacement pad for my step bar, which was missing. I called two weeks after my purchase and nothing. I called 3 more times with no call back. I called again and asked to talk to the manager, which was a guy named Bookman. He said they would do the tint and door guards, but they aren't doing the replacement. Luckily I had the replacement hand-written into the contract. After he looked it up he agreed to do it. Someone contacted me 2 weeks later and asked for pictures and said they would set up the appointments. I waited a month with nothing after that and when I texted them back they ignored me. They have been giving me the run around for 4 months on something I paid for and that is in my contract. They are super nice when making the sale, but ghost you when the deal is over. DO NOT GO HERE

Absolutely Horrible Service!
If you could give 0 stars I would. First, don't fall for the "you must schedule an appointment" if you want service BS. They don't honor the appointment, it's first come first serve. You have to wait in line and then it takes 5 days to get an estimate. So, the appointment was worthless. Then they made mistake after mistake and took another week to fix my truck. When I picked it up, they didn't even do the simplest repair which was to put the tabs on the tailgate. If they didn't do that, how can I trust that they actually did the repairs that I can not see. I will never buy another car there or get my cars repaired their again. I will drive out of my way for any other repairs. Also, I will tell all my Ram truck friends not to go their. The whole process took 3 weeks. Service manager would not contact me.

I should've gotten the commission for buying!
I had to text, email, chat AND call to get someone to sell me a car!!! And after all that, I was still at the dealership for almost 3 hours before getting a loaner due to other difficulties. As soon as I left, the low-fuel light on the loaner came on and when I took it back, instead of just gassing it up and letting me go, I had to get into another one, because someone wanted to look at the one I had just been given! Two days later when I went to return the loaner and pick up my new car, I was tossed the keys and pointed in the general direction of my car. If the deal had not been above average...
