After two weeks of looking for my loan holder on my 2010...
After two weeks of looking for my loan holder on my 2010 nissan murrano i found it it was canvas in colorado not atlas like i thought the loan i thought i got on aug 7 did not go through untill aug 25 with the second loan holder canvas beware of this they are not no good ive called in called the gm never in and will not return your calls BAD PLACE now im paying for a wrecked car that is totaled and only had it a month and half they do not even offer gap on there used cars

GM never there
I left a negative review because of an inexcusable experience I had with this dealership. They leave the same generic response on all the negative reviews to contact the GM so they can help resolve this. I’ve called the dealership 2-3 times every single day this week and the GM is “not there right now, can I take a message.” I’ve left messages and no one ever calls back. Again, this is just proving all these negative reviews right.

Shady
Would have rated 0 stars if possible. My boyfriend had found a truck that he loved. His credit was ran and discussed the finances. Scheduled an appointment to pick it up the next day. He messaged the car salesman, Matt, that morning to find out that the truck was just sold. Not to mention, my boyfriend had just sold his truck privately before hearing from Matt. Extremely shady.

I was shopping online for a Jeep Gladiator and was fully...
I was shopping online for a Jeep Gladiator and was fully aware of how online pricing could be misleading. AutoNation was offering a retired service loaner for $39.933 online and I had been in communication with their salesperson for a week or two. When it came time for me to purchase the vehicle, they sent me the credit application. I completed the application and then heard nothing in response. After multiple text messages to the salesperson requesting a response, I was informed that a manager would be calling me. (I do not have an issue with my credit, btw) A manager never called. After over 30 hours I finally told the salesperson to give me the name and number of the manager that was supposed to call me. At that point, I was informed that the price was incorrect online and that the price was now $5,000 higher. I asked for the name and number of the manager that made that decision and chose not to honor the posted price. Her response was to hand me to a manager (not the one that I asked for) without any background information and then run away. When explaining the situation to him, I was told that I should have known that the price wasn't correct because it was too low! Really? No offer to reduce the price to even get close to their posted price. (I also had the price via an emailed buy sheet as well) The manager that made the decision finally called me after I requested a call back from the other manager and he informed me that he was never supposed to call me. When I asked why everyone involved in the situation seemed to be blaming each other, he hung up on me. I left a voicemail with the GM and never received a call from him either. Poor service, no ethics, and an illegal bait and switch that they claim is an "error". Don't ever deal with this dealership, salesperson Kate Kim, manager Vijay Desai, or GM Dustin Osborne.

Took 2019 Ram 1500 Limited P/U in for auto sense wipers...
Took 2019 Ram 1500 Limited P/U in for auto sense wipers for wiping when no rain present. After 2nd service and 12 days in shop combined they said they were operating correctly and would wipe sometimes with no rain. Said they could do no more for me and I could take to another shop if I did not like there response. Why did they let me bring vehicle in for service if operating correctly? Went to sales department and sat in a new truck with option and it did not wipe with no rain and sales rep said that was not correct. Took to another dealership and they fixed within an hour. The sensor had become dislodged from the windshield and even waving your hand in front of it was setting it off.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED
We did everything on-line and never had to leave our home. They even delivered our new car to us, we signed all of the paperwork here at home, and they drove our trade-in away. It was an easy transaction and an enjoyable experience.
