Make sure you get everything they charge you for

Bought a used car from Autonation. Had to wait a long time to do paperwork due to Covid so by the time I finally started signing stuff i was pretty much rushing through it. Got home and noticed they charged me $500 for window tint (car only has factory tint). Also noticed I was charged $400 for door guards after they said they give them to you. So ok I signed they paperwork so I call to get a time to get my door guards put on and about the tint and never get anywhere. Call to speak to the manager a number of times and can’t get a call back. Charged me $900 for things I didn’t ask for or receive. Buyer beware

Collision and sales

Took my Ram into the collision center. Had to keep for almost a month due to parts on back order. They kept me informed every step of the way. I can?t say enough about the advisor, Zach. Extremely professional.

Advertised prices are not real

Take their online prices with a grain of salt. They can look good, but then they hit you with the "extras" . $499 for window tint, $579 alarm, $199 wheel locks. Of course they "put them on all their vehicles when they inspect them" and they can't be removed. Then they get you with an interest rate way above market. Overall the pricing may beat the competition, even with the unnecessary add-ons, but is it really worth it with the games they play?

TOOK A LONG TIME, BUT FINALLY RECEIVED MY $300 FOR DAMAGE TO F-150 I PURCHASED IN AUGUST. THANK YOU! 6 DAYS LATER AND STILL DON'T HAVE THIS SETTLED. Can someone at AutoNation please give me a person who can help me? Hoot seemed to try for a couple of days but now I don't hear from him anymore. I have the paperwork that says I am to be paid $300. I bought a Ford F-150 in August. It had a small dent on the hood. I was told I would have to leave it w/ them for a week to have it repaired. We made an agreement they would send me a $300 check and I have it repaired. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. My salesman, Kevin, does not seem to care. I have texted/called him several times. The front office has told me I would receive call backs from finance, a manager, you name it but I have heard from NO ONE. This place wants to make a sale and then they are done w/ you. STAY AWAY! The dealership called and wanted to but back my jeep...

The dealership called and wanted to but back my jeep compass. I explained to Mr.Anderson that i was buying a home and could not have hard inquiries on my credit reports. Long story short, I was lied to twice about credit hard inquiries and paying off my jeep compass which lowered my credit score. I now have 9 hard inquiries which Mr.Osborne stated in an email he would get removed. Another lie. If you value your credit score, don't purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
