This was still a new experience for the dealership we picked the vehicle up from as they had just joined the Auto Nation Express network. The process was a little slower due to this but overall very easy as we had already filled out the paperwork ahead of time prior to arriving at the dealership and there was no haggling on the price. All we had to do was look over the vehicle and take care of the business end (payment) and out the door we went.

Thanks to David Saisslan, we received Superb service and response time for fixing the vehicle during an emergency situation.

Bought my first Q5 at Arrowhead Audi: ALL DEPARTMENTS DESERVE A 5-STAR RATING! From the Sales Person, to the Managers, the Finance Department, the folks in Parts (I bought Audi Key Chains), and even the General Manager: he came by to say “Hello” and when I requested to look at a vehicle fresh-off-the truck (with ZERO miles on) that was not yet listed for purchase…he made it happen, on a weekend! If you are SERIOUS about owning a SERIOUS German Automobile: do your research, come prepared with sufficient time for the process, and consider the team at Arrowhead Audi. And as a side note, they have continued to go out of their way to help with my novice command of the Audi software: Dan B. particularly has gone above and beyond the call of duty even after I purchased my vehicle. He helped me get connected, helped set up preferences to make sure that my phone “talks” to my car. I have bought a few vehicles in my life…I’m pretty sure the Team at Arrowhead Audi has spoiled me for any competitor…I would not go anywhere else…they impressed me as competent, polite, assertive, sensitive to the buyer’s needs, helpful and resourceful to try to “make it happen if at all possible”, respectful of my time, and utterly professional—you will NOT encounter any cheap salesman’s tricks to compel you to make a purchase you don’t want or need. I left certain that I purchased the right vehicle for me, at the price/rates I predetermined…and I would do it all over again.
