It all went very smoothly, and for a great value - my service was perfect and stress free, and even arranging for the loaner was simple and quick. Guy Hernandez was so helpful and reassuring, he really helped me stay stress-free and calm, lol, because I was upset about the issue - he knew just what to say, lol. Parts and labor were as quoted, and quite reasonable for the job, which was to replace my sun shade. Every aspect was great, in contrast to the experience I had with another dealer.

My Service Specialist did a great job of getting my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. I received a full report of what was completed and future service needs.

It was my first time getting my Audi serviced at Audi Arrowhead. The scheduling online service was easy and convenient. When I got there, I was greeted and acknowledged by friendly staff, and soon after got my car going for service. I was made aware of a recall on my car and was offered the ability to have it looked at while I was there for the routine oil change. It was going to take linger than I expected, so they offered me a Lyft ride back home so I could work, then they ordered a Lyft ride back once the car was done and I was able to return for my car. It was an absolute easy process, very convenient and all was great! Thank you Audi Arrowhead for making my first service experience a great one!
