Despite being in the middle of moving computers and relocating back to the other side of the building after a remodel, I was well taken care of. Shuttled home and the they provided a Uber for me to pick up my vehicle.

It was a pleasure purchasing a vehicle from Audi Peoria. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. Our salesperson, Brandon N. was incredible. He was patient, kind and approachable. He wasn’t pushy or condescending like most auto sales reps. My only negative feedback has to do with pricing, which has nothing to do with Brandon. AutoNation’s pricing is rigid and locked in, where negotiating a lower price is not possible. Again, not Brandon’s fault, just AutoNation policy. We could have gotten a lower price through a private dealer or if we shopped around, but Brandon’s demeanor and patience made us want to buy from him. I would highly recommend this dealership and when you get there, ask for Brandon.

Dan was pleasant to work with and we never felt pressure to purchase the vehicle.

Brought car in for sound when turning and smell of hot grease. Diagnostics done and sound fixed, recall taken care of. Smell not discovered, but may have been related to the noise that was addressed. Friendly service and rides home and back supplied via Lyft. Good overall experience.

Excellent service and in a timely manner. Quick appointment that suited my timeframe. Overall pleased. My only issue with this visit was that estimate given to me via phone was not the same as when I arrived. When I questioned that the service advisor, which I don’t normally deal with, wouldn’t help me or explain why. In fact she said if I didn’t want the work done, to let her know they had other vehicles that they could fill with my time slot.

The purchase process was made easy and enjoyable by our salesperson Wyatt. Richard in finance was professional and efficient. Unfortunately, the vehicle we purchase already has mechanical issues less than seven days after the purchase.

Was a wonderful car buying experience, the Michael Knapp on the sales floors was brilliant. Knew the cars, listened to what I wanted and came through in the end with a perfect car buying experience .

Overall my experience was great. I walked in and test drove a car and the buying experience was simple and easy.
