I made a big mistake making the long drive to almost solutions. I went there to pick up a Kia optima. It was a nice looking car. Everything was fine till I got it home. A week after I purchased this vehicle from automotive solutions it broke down on highway 41. Big mistake. You just don't know what you're buying anymore.

Buyer Beware!
Don't do it! I bought a Lincoln navigator from these guys, and it was junk! These guys are scammers. They have allot of "nice vehicle's" but trust they are junk. Don't make the 7K mistake, I made purchasing a car from this company. It was a nightmare.

Complete lack of competance
I live 5 hours away from dealership, I found a vehicle on autotrader that was exactly what I wanted and scheduled to be at the dealership the very next day by 5pm. I am self employed and rearranged my schedule to meet Adis' request to come right away. He agreed to hold the vehicle till 5 since I was traveling so far. 2 hours into my trip I get a call that he sold the vehicle, this was at 12:25pm! I just don't understand the complete lack of compentence and respect for a buyer by a dealership. With the lost day of work and the 4 hours of driving and gas I'm out $1000 because he couldn't be a decent human.

Scam pretty much
I’d like to start off by saying I made my first positive review way too early, also realized that they fool people by deleting or somehow hiding most of the negative comments, I recommend checking out the negative reviews on car.com and cargurus, you’ll find them there if you look. They are very professional when it comes to their attitude, making the process easy, their dealership looks professional, the cars “look” great and in perfect condition, which I’d like to mention they said the car was in perfect condition and their mechanics supposedly said the same, said nothing was ever wrong with the car (2009 Mini Cooper clubman S). My partner and I were manipulated very well by all of this. Turns out, 3 DAYS OF HAVING THE CAR, it broke, they told us to bring it in but then told us the mechanic said it was fine before we bought it, to be fair my partner and I were going to bring it to them before we did the smart decision of finding all the negative reviews that are buried under all the 5 stars. Almost every single review had something to do with engine problems, other mechanical issues, having to spend thousands on repairs and the dealership doesn’t take responsibility for this. Yes, I could’ve brought it to the dealership but did I really want to? Did I really want the same mechanics who said it was in perfect condition to view our car? No. So, the tow truck guy recommended a mechanic in valley station, the mechanic replaced 7 PARTS under the hood (which thankfully the mechanic was considerate enough to not charge us most of the labor after we told him the situation since the parts for the type of car we have are expensive to begin with) and my brother had to put the hose back in place and the sensor plug was also xxxxed, so now the car will not drive and will turn off a few seconds after turning it on, we’d have to drive without the sensor plug on which will result in wasting more gas. This all cost $1140 which would’ve been more if we took it to a mini dealership mechanic or any other mechanic. The parts that broke/went bad was: All 3 pulleys, the belt was completely shredded and devoured by the car, the water pump needed to be replaced, the alternator went bad, the sensor plug is also bad, etc. The list can go on and on. My partner and I can barely afford to pay our rent and can’t pay our electric bill because all of our money and even his parents’ money had to go towards a car that lasted 3 days and a week in the mechanic shop. The dealer wanted us to pay an extra $600 that wasn’t in any of the paperwork, my brother contacted them saying we legally didn’t have to pay it and the owner called him explaining how he’s right but that it was “morally correct” to pay an unnecessary amount of $600 that we ended up using towards repairs. My last review can’t be deleted but I will never be using this dealership again like I claimed I was in my last review and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. So now my partner and I are stuck with a lemon car. We’ll most likely call the bank, see what can be done and possibly end up trading in the car to a reliable dealership for a car that isn’t a waste of time and money.

Buyer beware
I don't see how there's so many 5-star reviews I find that pretty fishy. in February of this year I bought a 2012 Ford focus they said a mechanic had looked over and checked out that everything out real well. After having the car for about a month I had to spend $2,000 fixing the transmission. They say they didn't know but I don't believe them. Furthermore when I got the transmission fixed I noticed that there is a lot of brake noise so I went to repair the brakes just to find out that there was no brake pad left. the metal behind the brake pad was being chipped off and my rotors were shredded. I contacted them really pissed off and all they said was the only thing they can do is fix the brakes for $150. Beware of this dealership do not let them fool you with five star reviews. It is now August and I have had nothing but problems out of this car. I had to do a tune-up on it. so apparently they need to get a new mechanic because he doesn't know how to check the brakes or the spark plugs. They completely scammed us and now we are stuck with a car that is a money pit. Please take my advice and do not give them the time of day or you will regret it

Trusting a car salesman
I drove 950 miles to buy a specific used car and it was worth it!! The vehicle was just as described. The salesman knew I would be less than happy if it wasn't. After the deal had been agreed to the owner came out to me and noticed the gas tank was less than1/4 tank and handed me a "L" note and apologized for the tank not having more in it! A truly nice gesture.

Best Car Purchase Experience - Great Place!
Stopped by this dealership to test drive a SUV. Adis was very patient and willing to work with me through all aspects of the sale. He was honest and fair throughout. He addressed my concerns about the tires and a sensor light. When I brought the vehicle in later that week as we had scheduled, he discovered that the brake pads needed to be replaced and did so, free of charge. I absolutely love my Porsche Cayenne. It runs beautifully! Adis is a true person of integrity and stands behind his word. I am sold as a repeat customer and recommend Automotive Solutions to anyone looking for a top quality vehicle and superior customer service. Thank you, Adis, and God bless!
