My experience was awesome 😊

I brought my 2013 dodge charger in for service . My service advisor he did a awesome job in helping me. I had a coolant leak near the water pump. Originally had my car towed to Tustin tuttle click their service is horrible they charged me a diagnostic fee of $160 and told me i needed a cap all long i needed a water pump im going back to get my refund for mis diagnosing my car. Will never go back to Tustin tuttle click their service is horrible.

Service

I had a great experience with Whitney in the Service Department. She was very courteous and helpful through the whole process. She explained everything the was going to be performed. And she contacted me when my car was completed.

Never buy from here

I bought my vehicle here over 2 months ago and still dealing with issues. I noticed a hole in the leather before buying the vehicle and was told set up an appointment to fix it. When I did, I showed up and they had no record of my appointment. After an hour wait pictures were taken and they said they would call me In one week to have the new seat cover installed. A month later I followed up to learn there was no record of my visit. Meanwhile, My monthly payment for the car I traded in was deducted from my bank account due to the fact it took the dealership just under 2 months to pay off my trade in. I have now received a notice from the DMV stating I have delinquent insurance on my old vehicle due to the fact the dealer did not submit the transfer of title. I have finally got the seat fixed after multiple calls and many hours of waiting, including another appointment for which I showed up to find out there was no record of any appointment made. I have bought many new cars and never experienced anything like this. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and buy from another dealer.

Service Charge

The Oil change increase almost 50% jumping from 45 to 67 thw incress becusau of oil price never heard about it its normall oil TK

Fast professional service

I've owned many vehicles over the years and have dealt with as many dealer service centers and countless service advisors. James Moore at Tuttle-Click Irvine is by far the best service advisor I've had and gets the work done quickly. The Tuttle-Click service staff is courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this service center.

Great experience at Tuttle click

Easy purchase. No pressure. Finance was short. Good product. Purchasing car for my teenager. They had inventory we needed. Eddie was not high pressure and I’d rather that.

Great experience at dealership

I’ve always been leery of having car serviced at a dealership; however, in the 2.5 years that I’ve been coming here to have my Grand Cherokee serviced, I’ve always had a great experience in terms of service, expense, and friendliness/helpfulness, A very pleasant experience!

Courteous and efficient

I gave the rating I did because there wasn’t anyone trying to sale me something I didn’t want. I let them know what I wanted and at what price and they did everything humanly possible to make that a reality for me. Although we fell slightly short of my goal it wasn’t by much so I was satisfied with their efforts to deliver. They also went out of their way when they noticed a few scratches on the vehicle I chose to set me up an appointment to repaint at my earliest convenience.
