Great Dealer and salesman Kaz. 5 stars in every way.

Great dealer overall. Kaz took good care of me along with the sales managers. The finance manager Rami was very nice and knowledgeable as well. I would go back and refer business.

Car in garage more than I have had it. Dishonest sales too

Offered me $10k less than competitor. Once I drove away, they called me back to match. They magically came up $10k within minutes. Dishonest practice. Just offer market value! On quality of car, it is in the shop for a week now (I had it for 5 days)

3rd lease

This is my 3rd lease from tuttle click dodge. And keep coming back because of hugh diamond. And coach they are the best i will not go anywhere else as long as they are here

Friendly, Customer oriented, Knowledgeable

Helpful, answering questions patiently, no matter how many questions customer has, takes all time needed to explain, very knowledgeable about all cars Tuttle-Click Chrysler Jeep Dodge has in their dealership.

burned customer

Where to start? Lots of promises and little follow through. I tried to put a deposit on a Ram Laramie that was in transit and Saed Akhtari the general sales manager assured me that they don't accept deposits, HOWEVER, I could pre-purchase the truck and upon inspection decline the transaction. So, I met with David in finance and he basically tried every way to convince me to purchase an extended warranty and prepay for service because "these new Rams are a nightmare to service with all the electronics." I declined and paid for the truck which they promised by 1/17/19. Amir Asli called me to let me know that the truck wouldn't be available by the 17th as promised. It worked out as I realized that I would rather have a Limited. I requested that they cancel the sale. They cancelled the sale and asked me to put a stop payment on the checks. One of the checks had already cleared - they didn't hold the checks as promised. So now I am trying to get a $17K refund and they are dragging their feet. They were calling me every day asking if there was a Limited on the lot that would work for me. They wanted to apply the funds that they were holding against a new vehicle, obviously. I told them that I'm not interested, as I have already purchased one from Courtesy Ram. Now = radio silence. Every time I call, they're in a meeting or with a customer. They have not once called me back after leaving several messages. They upside is that I am married to an attorney who can take it from here and I can blitz social media to warn potential customers of their unethical and sleazy ways. Shout-out to the receptionist who has to field these calls from all the unhappy people calling, she's been a delight.

Unfortunate

My trade was a few days late on the payment when I traded it. I specifically asked due to concern that the 10 day off would happen as scheduled or I’ll make the car payment. I was told all ok and not too. Funding was delayed and multiple data and emails went by. No pay off. I was in contact constantly with promises it was being paid. No phone call at anytime from finance as to what was happening. The pay off hit in late and now I have a 30 late on my credit. Wayne instated a letter went out on my behalf and to call a woman to verify at the dealership. She had no idea and transferred me to the manager whom said he would call back and never did! I still have the derig. No one at your organization would appreciate a poor credit rating because of lack of due diligence. Funding delays is one thing jeaopordizing credit is another!! Haluk was the only one emailing me back yet he didn’t get the straight story. I told them up front I was applying for my daughters college. At the end of the day savage done an NO restitution was made. They never made my credit right. They made the error. They are responsible to right the wrong. I will go elsewhere next time.

Hope you don't get a LEMON - NO empathy from the management!

My car DIED on 9/24/18, so they buried it in their back lot!!! I have an appt today for the buy back. Yeah that's right - 3 and a half months later !!! I've had to make payments on my car while they decided how much money they could screw me out of !!!

Lousy Service - Stay Away

Service staff here could not care less. No one greets you, they walk past you and ignore you. The guy at the counter said hey I’m busy see if one of the other guys can help you. So I waited, and they ignored me- all three of them. worst experience in 20 years. Finally- I left and went to Orange Costa Dodge- great service there
