JUst bought a used Honda

I just bought a used Honda with high miles . Sales man was straight forward and honest . I asked for a couple things repaired and looked at . We both worked out a deal . Having come from a nightmare used car buy 5 months ago, this was excellent

Tough Situation Great Service

Was looking to purchase an inexpensive used car that would be reliable, but also a bit fun. First car we looked at was an older BMW. Drove great on the test drive, but on the way home engine light came on and it was a bit sluggish. Called and spoke with Dave (who answered immediately!) He asked if it was safe to drive and had me bring it back. We agreed that it should go to his mechanic and he assured me that he would make this right. Long story short, the BMW wasn't meant to be. Dave gave us the option of picking something else, getting it fixed, or cash back. We chose another one on the lot and drove away very happy customers. All sorted in just over 24 hours. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, these are good folks who stand behind their work.

The best used car dealership ever!

I purchased a 2008 Mini Cooper S from Premier Motor Group and the experience couldn't have been better. The price was very fair and included a six-month warranty. Dave allowed me to place a deposit on the car while I worked out the financing. The transaction went very smoothly and Dave took care of all the necessary paperwork. We corresponded by email concerning the status and Dave was always very responsive. After I purchased the car I discovered that the power driver's side mirror was not working. It was determined that it was apparently replaced by a previous owner and it was not the standard heated/power mirror. Dave ordered a new one for me and when I stopped by yesterday to have the mirror replaced, Dave remembered me and addressed me by name. Adam replaced the mirror and it works perfectly. I give Dave and Adam high praise and recommend Premier Motor Group to anyone in the market for a fairly priced used car and a personal, friendly customer experience.

Good People, Good Service

I recently bought a 2009 Mini Cooper S from Dave Reading at Premier. I was very impressed with his customer service. He made the buying process way easier than most dealers, and I was able to work a good deal with a solid warranty. He also went above and beyond by helping me with a minor repair and splitting the cost with me. I would recommend Dave and his staff to a friend, and am very impressed with them as a company.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH PREMIER MOTOR GROUP WAS VERY PLEASANT. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL, EVEN AFTER I PURCHSED THE CAR. I WAS REFERRED BY A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS AND WAS QUITE SATISFIED.

Good Customer Service

My wife and I bought a Honda Accord from Premier about 3 months ago and were extremely happy with the level of customer service we received. When we showed up at the lot, the car was exactly as described by the salesman over the phone. We negotiated a little, and ended up with a great deal and a nice warranty.

Great experience!

Have stopped by several times to "talk cars" in the past. Two months ago, my daughter needed a car quickly as a result of an accident. They had numerous choices in her price range and once she decided, the Reading Brothers did everything necessary to make the purchase easy.

Friendly people and good service

Saw one of their vehicles online, decided to go check it out and take it for a test drive. I've had some poor experiences with dealers in the past, but this was downright pleasant. The car was just as advertised. Clean, ran smooth, and no weird noises or anything. They explained everything and were very helpful throughout the whole process. Very professional. I ended up putting a deposit down and returned two days later to seal the deal. Everything went through without a hitch and I've been happily driving my new car for 3 weeks now with no issues whatsoever. Im honestly suprised by some of the negative reviews on here because my experience was virtually painless. All I can say is don't let a couple disgruntled whack-jobs scare you off. I got a great price on a car I fell in love with thanks to these guys.

I thought I bought it??? Sold someone else.

I test drove the car twice and told them I wanted it. They called and gave me the final price so I can get a cashiers check. Got a call less then two hours later saying they just sold it and sorry. No phone call...Nothing. Words used. They showed me the money! Same price I was paying full price. I live less then 20 mins away and had money in hand. Told I didn't need a deposit and car would be ready since minor repairs were required. No courtesy call call. Had everything ready and he said he just sold it. Thanks for wasting my time guys. Hope business is booming for you
