We bought a 2015 VW Golf Sport Wagon (Mk7) from Premier Motor Group in April 2021. We already loved our GTI, so this was an ideal second vehicle. Every aspect of the transaction was a breeze! In April 2021, they didn't yet have their service lift bays. Being a car guy, I had access to a professional lift and the staff had no qualms about us taking the used vehicle for an in-depth exam. The car was very good, so it was an easy choice to buy it. As of 2023, Premier Auto Group now has a brand new set of service bays and a PA inspection station. I visited again June 21st 2023 for a test drive of another vehicle. I communicated I was just doing research. We drove a BMW i3 to check out the ergonomics. There was zero pressure. Fear not the "used car lot vibe"! Take a look at the vehicles on their lot. Proceed without hesitation.

I honestly can't say enough positive things about these guys. John, Dave, and Adam are good, kind people. In terms of car dealerships, as we all know, the buying process is important, but even more important is the way you are treated AFTER the sale. In our case, the Premier guys went above and beyond to make a bad situation right. We bought a very special car a few days before our daughter's 16th birthday. Within the first few weeks after the purchase, many things went wrong with the car, ultimately leading to a complete engine replacement. It was an unfortunate situation, but the guys at Premier handled the situation with compassion and grace. They quickly sprung into action to make the situation right, taking care of every single issue until the car was fixed. We feel so grateful for the way things were handled, knowing that this situation would have been handled differently by other dealerships. From start to finish, they did everything right. We love this car so much, despite the rough start. It's a beauty! A+ to the Premier Motor guys!

My husband and I bought 3 used vehicles for 3 of our grandsons from this car dealership within the last 2 and half years. The one car gave out after one year as the cost to repair it was going to be as much as we still owed on the car. We called the dealer and we took it back and they gave us blue book value on it. We purchased another car and are very pleased with the purchase. Dave, Adam, and John are very honest and pleasant to do business with. I would recommend anyone seeking a used car to stop in at this dealership. My daughter also bought her car there a few months ago and she is pleased with her purchase.
