First time for service.

First time for service. Easy scheduling and greeted on a Monday at 9am with all smiles. Comfortable waiting area. Service was done on time and quick. Very happy. Would recommend buying and servicing here anytime

All American Ford in Paramus was able to fix my car that

All American Ford in Paramus was able to fix my car that had been destroyed by mice. Some of the repairs dealt with Detroit wiring, leaking battery and plastic casing for air filter. There were more repairs like water hose and damaged water container for window cleaner. They also waited for me to go and pick up my auto for an extended time due to death in the family.

This is my third purchase with Ford Paramus.

This is my third purchase with Ford Paramus. It was a pleasure dealing with Jennifer Franco. She made the experience stress free and was very informative. The only unexpected situation I experienced was that I was quoted by email a monthly payment only to find out when I was in person by the finance department they have 0 to 5 tier to determine your payment based on your credit. I got a 1 with good credit which brought my payment up $28 monthly. That seemed unfair but I still the wanted car and Jennifer Franco was great.

My dad brought my car with no appointment.

My dad brought my car with no appointment. To replace my rear wiper. Jacklyn took care of right away. Jacklyn keep my dad updated and only took them 1/2 to have my car fixed. Very impressed.

Jeannette is always a pleasure to work with and the people who do the in take process are also a pleasure to deal with and is usually quick and easy. The only bad news is the dealership like some rip off restaurant charges 3 or 4 percent extra if you use a credit card. This is particularly offensive since all businesses have already priced in the cost of people using credit cards since the day they were invented.
