They are the only dealership in the south bay but they have very nice employees and service people. The issue is not being able to get anyone to answer the phone or get a call back.

Every time I’ve visited people are talking at desks and I’ve been ignored for what seems like 10 minutes before being helped. Had an alignment done there that seemed to barely fix an issue.

personalized service

I needed a new windshield and my insurance reimburses me for all glass without filing a claim so I went to MINI of Stevens Creek. My advisor, Hector, was great. He was courteous and professional.

Range Rover - Purchase Experience @ Mini

Range Rover - Purchase Experience) Evidently, there is a reason why this dealership has such great reviews. We all know car shopping can be a hassle yet intimidating as you commit yourself to a long-term contract. I found my car online, visited the shop, and spoke to Sam. He was friendly and immediately offered to show me the vehicle. The test drive was excellent, and I quickly knew the vehicle was the one. The significant part is everyone at the dealership avoided the “pressure you today purchase.” I came back around, and test drove it again. A few days later, we jumped into the contract, and the rest is history. I am extremely happy with my car! Thank you Steven Creek Mini team, for such a pleasant car purchasing experience. Lastly, to those shopping, please be sure to do your due diligence and inspect the car you buy. This will keep a realistic and honest point between you and any dealership you shop at. Good luck!!
