Had an appointment to test drive a car we were interested

Had an appointment to test drive a car we were interested in purchasing and we were never help. We let several people know we were there and who we were waiting for and he or anyone else ever helped us so we left after waiting for roughly 40 minutes.

Have owned a Mini since 2005 and have had all 3 Minis

Have owned a Mini since 2005 and have had all 3 Minis serviced at STEVENS Creek for 20 years.. Andrew was helpful and knowledgeable being a former technician so with my current Mini, Patrice, who I’ve owned since 2017, it’s always a great experience to have it serviced and maintained. Patrice has a blue body, white roof, red mirror caps and is very beautiful and a dependable easy to park and fabulous to drive. I intend to keep Patrice well serviced for as long as possible.

I tried to buy a car from them.

I tried to buy a car from them. The ad didn’t list that it was a rental. The salesman tried to tell me it was a company car back from a lease, but it wasn’t. My bank required to see the title to ensure it wasn’t salvaged. When I asked for them to provide it, they got very dodgy and came up with all kinds of excuses to not produce the title, (a huge red flag) I contacted another 2 dealers and neither had a problem sending me titles for their vehicles. We had agreed on a price, but they seemed too shady. They lost my business and I really wanted the car.

TERRIBLE, DECEITFUL DEALERSHIP - BUYER BEWARE - Signed

TERRIBLE, DECEITFUL DEALERSHIP - BUYER BEWARE - Signed agreement to purchase on Friday afternoon and filled out financing. Told that I had to go to local AutoNation following day to sign documents (3 hour round trip from my house). After arriving, they told me an hour later the document would not be ready until following week and I would have to drive back to the dealership again. The manager would not credit or compensate me for their mess-up. The manager told me they are losing money on the deal and that I should be thankful. I told them that it is unlikely they are losing money on the sale. He asked if I was calling him a liar and that it was offensive to say so. I told him strong men don't get insulted by what others say. He said was I am implying, that he is a weak man. I said you said that, not me. At that point he started threatening me saying that I am not strong, mumbling stuff and said we reserve the right to refuse service and we will not be selling you this car, good bye. Please take my experience and do not do business with these unethical people, most of which were foreign and without any sense of morality or doing the right thing.

I see. So no apology or concern shown. Your sales team are improperly trained and unethical unilaterally canceling a contract because they can’t communicate or negotiate. Perhaps get them a copy of “The Art of the Deal”. Your response is weak and insincere.

My service advisor Johny did provide excellent service

My service advisor Johny did provide excellent service when I checked in my car to do the repair, he was very nice and patience to explain the details . Highly recommend advisor him!
