Charging for items not fixed

Not only have I been charged for items not fixed, the wrong items have been "fixed", they've tried to charge me for items not requested, and refuse to fix an item stemming from another repair. I'm done with this dealership and Mini as a whole. It's a real shame since I did love the car, one I wanted for over 15 years before buying.

Wish I could give 0 stars

Called dealership night before to discuss vehicle on website. Made appointment to see between 12:00 and 1:00. They called around 9:30 next morning to confirm. Arrived at 12:15 to have Buddy tell me car was sold 1/2 hour prior. Would not expect them to hold car but certainly would expect a call given Buddy knew we were an hour each way. Car was parked in front of front door of dealership. Therefore Buddy was either oblivious to sale in front of him or thought he could hustle me on another car. Lost two hours of my life, unnecessarily because of his ineptness or his duplicity. Wonder why so many sales are going straight to internet and doing away with salesmen?

This is an excellent dealership.

They are honest people and willing to help. David Chilleri (sales adviser) and James Dagastine (service manager) are the two people I really want to recommend. They always respond to email/calls fast and give sensible advice. I am from NYC area but still enjoy driving for two hours to do business with them - it's a truly excellent dealership that is not easy to find nowadays.

2nd time around unhappy!!!

My wife and I purchased a 2017 clubman, we negotiated everything over phone due to living 1.5 hrs away, it was a perfect way to buy our dream car and everything was perfect. Now 1 yr later , trying to purchase another car from this dealer was like pulling teeth, they even sold the car I was interested in out from under me, unfortunately no loyalty to current owners that purchased from Holman in past. Not a good way to keep customers, so the bottom line is that I did buy my second mini , but not at Holman mini. Seems that they want to do business with locals and not customers who live miles away. 👎

AWESOME!

This was my first experience at this dealership and let me tell you this is by far the best dealership i have ever been to. The service in all the departments seemed astounding to me. The moment you walk in the receptionist is smiling at you, to the gentleman in finance who explains everything quickly but detailed. I had bought my mini from Volvo of Princeton and let me tell you over the years I have had trouble with this car. I had problems from day one with the car and with Volvo of Princeton. Just last month my mini decided to call it quits on me and I turned to Mini of Mt Laurel to have them service it. Jay was great! He reached out to me and kept me posted on the results of my car. After about a week he had to give me the bad news that my car was basically junk. It would be more to fix it then it was actually worth. Jay was beyond helpful in his part even referring me to such a great sales employee, Dan! After finding out that my car was $500.00 trade in Dan got together with my parents and I and found the perfect car for me! Though it wasn't a mini, Dan was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He sat and listened to me when I explained my financial situation and made something that should have been out of my price range, work for me. I give high praise to the person who gets respect from my father, Jose! I know my Father is very fastidious and Dan was able to go above and beyond what we had all expected. He was upfront about everything and still his customer service had me smiling even when I was worried about a transition from a Mini to a Ford Escape. Dan answered every question that I bombarded him with and if he didn't know he was running to find the answer. When I was worried about a Bank taking the loan Dan immediately checked up on me and my family offered refreshments and even offered his prized comic books to help ease us.From the time you walk in the door to the time you walk out with the keys, value and service is everything. I have alot of gratitude and admiration for all the work you did Dan! Thank a bunch!!

The GM is the one that blow the deal

Roseanne was doing a great job but the GM.got involved and mess up the deal I think that Roseanne would have gotten the job done if the GM did not get involved

Fantastic Service Department!

James did an outstanding job. Our visit was for an oil change for my wife's 2015 Mini Cooper S convertible. We waited in the lounge, had snacks, watched TV, and we also had a nice visit with Ben Webb, our sales associate (who we believe also did an outstanding job when we purchased our vehicle). It took less than one hour for our vehicle to be serviced, and the work was done to our satisfaction (and our vehicle came back nice and clean). We highly recommend Mini of Mt Laurel NJ to our family and friends!

Great service and super patient staff

This place was just amazing. We went on Memorial day and spent literally all day looking and trying out cars there until we found the one we wanted. They were supposed to close at 3pm but stayed with us until 6pm so we could take home our mini :) Victoria was outstanding. She was patient, thorough and both her and Tom worked really hard to try find us the car that would both fit our taste and budget. They were truly wonderful. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for knowledgeable, patient and helpful sellers. And of course amazing cars ;)

HORRIBLE! Worst dealership I ever encountered.

Turned in my leased vehicle and am being charged over $1,200!!! Excess wear and tear, mechanical problems and tires??? This car is immaculate! There is hardly any sign of any wear and tear unless they took a hammer to the car after I turned it in! Outside has a few tiny little stone marks on the front due to the lousy design of the front portion of the car that is too round and low. Anything on the highway will hit this front end. One little door ding on the passenger side about a quarter of an inch long. Had a $400 stripe job done on the car which will elevate the selling price. Inside is immaculate. Looks brand new. Brake light comes on even when you aren't even close to needing them! I had them checked by Mr. Tire and was told the brakes were fine and did not need repair. They didn't once squeak and worked very well (for a Mini) Could not get the light to turn off. Just another way they suck money out of your pockets. Maintenance lights come on way before they need to. Clever, Mini. clever. Lights come on early, you bring it in to a Mini dealer and they don't tell you and perform the work and charge you for it. They want to charge me for 4 new tires because one of them is not the same make as the others! I tried to get the same tire but it wasn't available and I needed the tire that evening since the other one was flat. What are you supposed to do? You need one tire so you say to the Tire person, well, give me four because Mini demands it?? Really?? The car is like driving a toy. It is not well built and if you get hit you are probably dead. I don't care how many air bags it has, this thing is too small. It seems like fun in the beginning but that wears off real quick and you wish you bought something else. Be wary of the disposition fee, they WILL charge you for it when most dealers waive it even if you do not buy from them. I have turned in MANY cars off a lease. I have never, ever been charged a penny. Also, be wary of the tire tread on the tires they give you. Supposed to last 60000-80000 miles but when you take the car back with only 44000 miles on it, they tell you to replace them. Isn't that a problem they should take up with the tire maker? Why am I paying for new tires when they are supposed to last so much longer? DO NOT buy from Mini of Mt. Laurel. If you really want a Mini, go to another dealer. I am about to fight them about all this with my Attorney. Keeping my fingers crossed.
