Awesome Dealership!!

We just bought our New F-150 from Mini of Knoxville. Everyone was super helpful and friendly through the whole process. My wife was very nervous about buying her first car but only after a few minutes with their staff, she was laughing and enjoying the purchase. Cheers to Brian Burkett, our Sales Person and Todd Viney who helped us with Finance. Highly Recommend Checking them out!! By the way, our daughter is also looking for a Car now,haha

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I recently purchased a BMW M3 from Gary the sales associate. He was quick to answer my calls and be responsive until I paid for the car, then getting ahold of anyone at this dealership is IMPOSSIBLE! They dodge calls, don't call back, and BLOCK numbers. I bought this car sight unseen because I was told by GARY the car was in immaculate condition and had the paper work to prove it. When the car arrived it had noticeable body damage to the back bumper, that had been repainted and repair previously. I have since called this dealership many times, trying to reach Gary, the Sales manager and the owner of the dealership to no avail. No one calls back. I have also sent certified mail to all 3 to no avail either. This dealership refuses to stand behind their product and their sale. THIS IS DISGRACEFUL! The car also arrived to me with 35 miles more than the purchase documents state. This is illegal considering I owned the vehicle and someone was using the vehicle to joy ride. Transport doesn't need 35 miles to get the vehicle on and off the truck. This dealership is deceptive and unfair in their business practices and has since been reported to the Attorney General of Tennessee & Better Business Bureau. Gary also told me the tires where good and didn't need to be replaced, however upon taking it to my dealership I was advised to replace the tires immediately for safety concerns. This cost me an additional $2,000, on top of the already $1,600 for the body damage to the back bumper. This dealership thinks that by ignoring this problem that it will go away and I ensure you it will NOT! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS ALL YOU WANT IS HEADACHES AND AGGREVATION!

Stay away

Bottom Feeders lie about car and price structure many hidden BS inflated charges go elsewhere they will hound to death and leave u on the side of the road .

Dishonest Dealership

The dealership believes in click bait. Post cars with incredible deals knowing the car is unavailable or simply not real. Buyer beware!!!! Possibly a dishonest dealership

Buyer Beware.

Buyer Beware. Short story long is they do not inspect their vehicles for potential problems or disclose them if they did so know what you're looking at or get it checked out before you buy. I didn't do my due diligence and now have a truck I've owned for 4 days that I cant drive sitting at Ford waiting on $2400 repair. Sales person didnt even know what a turbo was when I was asking about the truck. At the end of the day I bought it as-is and thats on me. But I wish I would have had someone look at it.

Great Staff

Austin Hall was an amazing salesman and was extremely patient as I bought my first vehicle from a dealership. He ensured that I got a fair price on the truck I wanted and helped with the loan issues I was having with USAA.

Lack of personal interest

I purchased a gently used subaru outback at this dealership on Dec 2020.. i was looking for this particular car and while looking online found that they had this one at mini.. when my husband and I walked in one evening..there were a couple of guys playing basketball..fun..love it..but they seemed oblivious that we walked in. The girl at front asked someone to attend to us..so in steps Cameron..very nice young man..we enjoyed him.. so we purchase the car..it was snowy and wet the day we brought it home..it had not been cleaned or detailed..he said to just bring it in any time.. so here are my disappointments with this dealership. 1. We had several issues come up in our life..I lost my job, we lost some friends in death and several other incidents..life you know..and we live over an hour away..so I was unable to get back to dealership to get car detailed until several months later.. I think it was Nov 2021 when I finally tried to set up appointment to get car cleaned..i also received an email a few months earlier stating that I was owed a free tank of gas...so I called up and the girl i spoke with said let me let you talk to manager..so she forwarded me to Bryan.. I can't remember if we actually spoke or if I left him a messsge but the last details I remember were texts he sent me.. anyway we went back and forth and I could see it was becoming a big deal for me to get this taken care of .. I was getting annoyed at the texts and wondered why he just didn't call me..it was just so impersonal!! In the end I simply sent a text saying something to the effect of .." if it is too much of a problem, don't worry, it's ok".. and that was it..no further response from Bryan.. I was extremely disappointed in his "follow up" and did not feel like an appreciated customer..just a done deal number that he really didn't want to be bothered with.. 2. We did not get any follow up calls to check in to see how things were going..my friend has purchased and traded at subaru dealership and she tells me how impressed she is with their experience there..the salesman even sent then a sweet card and gift a couple of times.. I was not expecting this but a follow up call would have been a nice courtesy.. I would not recommend this dealership because of the lack of personal interest I felt when initially walking into the dealership and beyond the purchase.. I felt the need to write this review in hopes that you will not treat even one other customer like this. . Thank you for your time and I hope you can learn from this experience and that it makes you a better dealership.

I have bought three cars from this dealership and have...

I have bought three cars from this dealership and have been very satisfied with the service , price and selection . Very hard to find all three qualities. I always request my salesman Todd Viney , witch goes above, beyond and always delivers the right car and at the right price . He truly keeps me returning . The whole staff is incredible with putting the consumer needs first . Also a honorable mention to Aaron Mynatt for finding me the best financing / warranty alleviable .
