My sales person was Garrett Wilder, he was very easy to work with and very nice. He went thru the Safety inspection they did and also showed me the AutoCheck history report. They also were very helpful when we were discussing financing options for me as well. This was probably the quickest transaction I ever had with a new/used car dealer.

All excellent ratings for Beardmore Chev/Subaru. Angel Vasquez was a great, sales person, explained the vehicle and its history. I'm a mechanical engineer who has worked in the automotive field for over 40 years, and likely harder than most customers to please. This vehicle search lasted over a month, searched on-line for a month, drove several similar makes, typically rent 3 or 4 cars/year, so am very familiar with vehicle differences, looked at Consumer Reports (they are one data point, I sense some some evidence of bias). How fussy am I ? Consider that I drove 242 miles to Beardmore Chev, and appreciated Angel's texts to answer questions about the vehicle, very complete information provided, great follow-up, for example asking how the drive back home went, how happy I was with the ride. As noted above, all excellent ratings for the dealer and personnel.

they were wonderful on the maint. I also want to add that Cody and Dustin were great when we leased this vehicle. I was to late to finish the review at that time. It had already closed. So at this time I would like to say that was the best lease or purchase for any vehicle we have bought and we have bought quite a few. They were helpful and did not pressure us.

The experience was nice and short. The TV was a nice touch and the free Wi-Fi was nice as well.

Ask for Windy she was great to deal with and the customer services was great. Their detailing shop needs a little work. Other then that a great experience

Went in to look at a used Toyota Camry. Their price, although reasonable, was not negotiable. That was not the problem. The problem was that they made a completely unreasonable offer on my trade-in. This is usually a cue that they either don't want your trade-in or are not interested in earning your business. If this is the way you are treated on a used car deal, it stands to reason that you won't be buying a new car from them when the time comes either.

Very low pressure. They let me lead the sale. Salesmen do zero with numbers. Royce the sales manager worked very hard to get numbers as good as possible. Very patient and professional-- highly recommend!

We dealt with Kurtis he was AMAZING!!! He showed us everything we were wanting to look at and was up front with us about everything. I have never had a dealer be up front with me when buying a car about everything. I would highly recommend them!!
