Horrible service!!!
My car has been at the shop multiple time and they all they do is give me the run around. They don’t return phone calls. They only have 1 tech. My car is left there between 1-2 weeks just to have oil checked for oil consumption test. Customer service is the worst ever! The rep Misty is rude and hateful. Poor customer service skills. Why would they ever hire a person like that? They lie and say constantly that their tech is sick or had emergency and left and had a death in the family. They won’t make appt until my service rep get back from vacation. Like I can wait and don’t need a car. So you can go there and have the best service when buying a car but when it needs to get serviced or fixed it’s f#%# you! Deal with it!

Great dealership
I have bought 5 cars at SPRADLEY & 100 percent will only go here & I recommend this dealership to all friends , family ,etc. I recently moved out of state & still made the 10 hour drive back to purchase my new Truck ! & I will continue to make the trip here for all of my automotive needs.. Honest , friendly & they care about their customers!

Bad service
Got an estimate to repair the 4x4 on my pickup and it didn’t fix the problem. Was told after I payed it would be another 10 to 12 hrs of shop time to fix it. An estimate is an estimate for repair but not to them especially when I explained the problem and they didn’t listen.

Extremely poor service and work
After spending about $900 to diagnose and fix an issue they spent 6 hours working on my truck. Once I paid for service and left my check engine light came on as soon as I left the parking lot then began to flash and my truck started shaking violently. I returned immediately, they spent 10min ?Looking? at it, then said it was good to go I drove for another 10 miles and it started agin. This was on a Saturday evening, so I cannot contact anyone until Monday morning.

Airfilter vandal
Just got to looking under the hood to check my air filter on my 2014 lmpala purchased at spradley , it's been a good ride and have always had it serviced there , now checking the air filter which spradley changed last , I have noticed the cleaner cover is cracked , most likely from a lack of training on how to remove it , and one of the housing screws is stripped most likely by the tech that left their craftsman screw driver under the hood .I'm totally disgusted to find this and to know spradleys tech did not choose remedy and disclosure . Your air filter change-up sucked Frank and leaves me holding the bag buddy , a big Tango Yankee fellas.

UNTRUSTWORTHY
Unless you want your vehicle rummaged through and personal items stolen, do not leave your car in their care. The service department had my car for almost two weeks to diagnose a check engine light. I was told by the service manager that my car was driven around to try and get the light to go off(so taken off the property multiple times). My car was parked in front of the service department desk and locked when we picked it up. After getting home we discovered that while in Spradley’s care our car was completely gone through. A custom painted handgun was taken apart and hidden throughout our car. One compartment was a secret compartment so this tells you what lengths the employee went to. If their employee is ballsy enough to take a firearm from a car, what else would he take? I filed a police report and the dealership gave the police the form we all sign when we drop off our car at a shop, saying they were simply not liable. Usually, this form protects them from damage or theft while your car is parked in their lot. Does this protect them from employee negligence? Does this allow them to have employees steal from customers with no consequences? I gave permission to fix my car not go through it and take whatever they please. My attorney suggested I call the dealership myself, they do not return my calls. They know they have an employee who stole A GUN from a customer’s car and they have done nothing. Please do not take your car here, find another shop that you can trust.
