We came in just looking and they showed us great incentives if we bought a new 2013 truck now instead of waiting. They worked very hard, without being pushy, to give us the best deal they could to get us into the truck we wanted. Everyone from the salesman to the General Mgr. were very polite, friendly, and helpful. It was a great buying experience!

Lied to us about the price of sales tax. They told us the price we thought it was right. When we called back to confirm the sales tax was $1000 dollars less then what they said. So now where stuck paying them more then what we agreed to.

I was recommended to Spradley by a friend I work with. The salesperson I worked with was very professional and worked with me on an issuse I had after I drove my truck off the lot. I found zach very pleasant to work with and made my car buying experience very good. credit manger was great to work with too. They answered all my questions and after i got my car home aday later i noticed some deep scratches on it. I called zach and it was taken care of next day and looks great!!

I was and am truly pleased with the service and knowledge that I was provided by Greg Baker (sales) and Marc Richards (finance). Greg took the time to explain the functionality of the vehicle. He encouraged me to "push" the buttons and get to know what I am now driving; all the while being very patient. Greg took the time to get to know the car and share what he learned with me. Marc Richards answered any and all questions that I had regarding financing and warranty products. Marc thoroughly explained the benefits of everything allowing me to make an informed decision. He made me feel very comfortable purchasing my car. Both gentlemen made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. I have no doubt that I made the right decision and when it is time to purchase my next vehicle, I will undoubtedly return to Spradley Chevrolet/Hyundai.

Very Happy with the way we were treated at Spradley. The only reason I gave a 4 for quality of work is because we drove it brand new off the lot and have not required any work to be done yet, but I have no doubt that Leslie in Service Dept will take excellent care of us.

Extremely friendly/family environment. Sales persons very knowledgeable. They did not have the exact vehicle we wanted so they gladly found one and trailered it to their store. The price for both the new vehicle and my trade-in were fair and came together without any hassle. We received two phone calls within a few days after our purchase checking to see if everything was okay. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Spradley Chevrolet and there will undoubtedly be more. We consider the sales staff, as well as the owners, friends. They always make you know your business is appreciated.
