Quit whining

I don't know what the fuss is in some of the reviews. As a customer, you must practice due diligence. Hindsight is 20/20. Bought 2 trucks from them and will probably go back when I need another. I'm not saying the cars are perfect but what can you expect when buying a used car. If you want security in your purchase, go to a dealership with certified used cars for sale. Go pay an extra $5000+ if that's what you need. If not be selective. Be patient. Be courteous to salesman. If you don't like the experience, up to you yo wLk away. I'm happy with both my trucks! Thank you SAM, SEAN, and JOHN!!

Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. They do all the repairs on the cars and at least fifty are Pre-crashed cars. Yep, salvage vehicles. They don't know the law. I have yet to take the vehicle that they were "getting ready with in the week" and now it's been more than three. I went to see the vehicle that was "almost ready just waiting for one more part" only to find that nothing was done on the vehicle and it now had a deep fresh scratch from the right side front bumper all the way down the right side quarter panel, door and rear quarter panel. I told them in a certified letter that, "I will not be taking this vehicle as it has taken too much time, it is scratched, the few repairs I was told that were ''done already" were not at all touched yet and I would be needing my deposit of $2,000." They have sent me a letter of non compliance to my simple request and keep asking me to pick up the car. They even took out a loan in my name for the car and won't cancel it. I even called Pentagon Federal and they say they can't cancel it even upon my request. This business is dangerous and needs to be shut down! They charged the selling owners the repair costs from their shop and then told me that they did those repairs on my behalf. What a stretch of lies they have! Plenty Bad Business!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

I wish I could leave ZERO stars...I purchased an SUV, but...

I wish I could leave ZERO stars...I purchased an SUV, but after PAYING $2,000 deposit, and opening a new BANK ACCOUNT...(required), I could not even drive it home. the next day they called to tell me the STARTER didn't work...a car they SOLD ME ,COULDN'T EVEN DRIVE. I had to wait a week while they installed a new starter. they also told me the radio didn't work but couldn't fix at that time. WHAT A LEMON. I took it back later to have the radio installed, & asked for an OIL CHANGE as well. So they charged me $225 for oil change and DID NOT FIX THE RADIO AT ALL. they also told me it wouldn't be done that day (Friday) but I could pick it up the next day. Then I got an email with the bill "we are closed on weekends SORRY" was the message....I had my car in service for THREE DAYS FOR A $220 OIL CHANGE and didn't even get the radio fixed. I have never experienced worse business. And I purchased a MERCEDES BENZ SUV...that leaks through the windshield. Was also overpriced...BEWARE! Craigslist is more reliable.

Can't get any worse than Auto Xchange

Dishonest dealer who doesn't honor their word, changes their story, and gives you the runaround. Stay away at all costs. Unethical practices in so many ways they should be shut down.

This is THE place to AVOID at all costs! They seem so...

This is THE place to AVOID at all costs! They seem so very nice and helpful until you sign and drive away. If by chance your check engine light comes on within 2-3 days, be prepared for no return calls or effort whatsoever to fixing the vehicle. Add to that the fact they sold a car with EXPIRED safety check! They cannot register it in my name without ME going to the service station, sit and wait to be seen, and then receive a FAILDED safety check. THEN you must drive to their office to give to them to file for the transfer of title. I bought this car in early April and now I'm in July with a check engine light still on, a vehicle with an expired safety sticker, temporary registration, and no pink slip! No response to emails or calls. WORST DEALERSHIP ON THE ISLANDS!!!

Keep driving. DON’T STOP HERE!

Strong pressure to buy a different car than what I came in for. 5 days later check engine light on. Expired safety registration. No returned emails. Salesman barely responded to check engine light. Took to their repair shop. Some fuel sensor they said. Replaced it next week and light back on that night. Now they want me to pay for their mistake? They firmly must believe in an a#s for every seat. No customer service to make anyone ever want to come back. Stuck with lemon!

Rudest dealers ever

These guys are the rudest dealers on Oahu. They're way too nosy asking how much my loan was for and expected I had a low credit score. Can't bargain with them either, they overprice cars in bad condition. Was offered one price the first day and offered a bigger amount the next. Don't buy from these crooks.
