Crook for an owner! Went in was going to trade my 2020 Jeep Wrangler for a 2014 Range Rover. Owner low balled me on my Jeep (offered $30,000 when KBB and everywhere else says $35,000) then wanted to take the rims and tires off the Range Rover and put the stock rims and tires on it. When I said okay if you do that I’m taking the rims and tires off the Jeep and putting the stock rims and tires back on he didn’t like that. I ended up taking my keys and leaving. Sam the owner is a crook! As for my salesman John, super nice guy and he was even annoyed that the owner was being like he was. John told me they’d sell my Jeep faster then they would sell the Range Rover...and it had been sitting there over 2 months already. Anyway read all the reviews, stay away from this place or you will get taken advantage of by a crook named Sam!

Waste of Time
Bait and switched used BMW X5. Pictures show registration from 2018, then they told me they sold it last night and asked if I was interested in something else.

Terrible impression
Vehicle that i requested to see was at a lot near Ross. You walk into the place and see nothing but high price cars so you expect to be screwed on pricing. Manager forgot he set up my appointment and didn't have his sales person have the vehicle ready. Told them i was limited on time but still wanted me to drive over to lot or wait. Hard pass on these guys.

The Worst Dealership On Oahu
The salespeople lie. There's no other way to describe them. Low moral character, inability to determine honesty from falsehood and the management support these practices. Avoid this dealership at ALL COSTS.

Bad sales practice
I requested to check a car they had on inventory and they called me to check it out at their lot. Problem was the car was sitting at Mercedes Benz dealership getting maintenance done to it right in front of me. I brought that up as they ask me to come check it out at their dealership...... never heard from them again.

Horrible dealership!! Truck had blown head gasket
They sold me a truck with a blown head gasket and bad steering box, now keep giving me the runaround. Can't even drive the truck. Have only put 200 miles on it. $7500.00 to repair and they just keep ignoring me. These are the type of dealership to avoid.

Great Cars! Not so great sales rep.
Made appointment to see a car. Was flying in from out of state. Showed up on time, but sales rep who said he'll meet me, didn't show. Pawned me off to another agent.

Bought a Used MB ML500
I bought a car sight unseen. They dropped it at docks a few days later. Have not seen it yet. Three weeks to get to California. Easy guys to work with

The buying experience was so easy and fast! The salesman service was great and helpful. The finance guy gave us very good rates for our new car loan. I will refer all my friends and family to buy their next car from there.

Bad experience was purchase
Viewing and getting the vehicle I wanted went very smooth here. My salesman (bob) was great to deal with and was very polite etc. My issue was with getting what they owed me and their bad finance practices. I was owed the second key (which was in another location for some reason) and a cargo net for the back that was missing. It went from a couple days to a couple weeks before I got them and I had to constantly call to get any sort of update. The biggest issue though was that l I got my 10 day payoff amount the day I left with the vehicle and it wasn't paid off for over a month. This resulted with me paying 2 more payments on the vehicle I no longer had so I wouldn't get impacted negatively (fees, missed payments on my credit etc). After the first 10 days I called just about every day and was repeatedly told the owner was out of town so I'd have to wait for their return. No date. No time. This went on for weeks and was annoying and I didn't ever get a call from them with any update. When the vehicle was FINALLY paid off they didn't pay the amount agreed on in the paperwork. They called my bank and got the 10 day payoff after a month of them having the car so after my 2 payments went through. After multiple calls and visits they agreed to give me the difference of what they paid and what we agreed on. This still left me close to $100 short due to the daily interest I acquired after the initial 10 day payoff amount wasn't paid on time. Their reply was "it's your responsibility to take care of your payments until it clears". Overall, I wouldn't recommend due to the poor customer service from everyone except my salesman. Never again. I'd take my business elsewhere.
