Chris was our salesman.

Chris was our salesman. He was so easy to work with! We were treated fairly and courteously. Overall, this dealership gave us the best experience we've ever had buying a new car!

Alec was easy to work with.

Alec was easy to work with. There was no sales pressure. We were able to make the deal happen in a day. I purchased the vehicle from out of state and the process was smooth. I have no complaints, Ryan Ford took care of the entire process with success. Thanks again! Josh W.

Brad is a terrible service advisor to say the least.

Brad is a terrible service advisor to say the least. After I went to pick up a vehicle when he hung up on me after asking for more than 1 call in over 3 weeks, he threatened to fight me in the parking lot. Very unprofessional when all I wanted was to pick the car up due to not wanting to do business with a company that can even pick up the phone with an update.

Honest, up-front pricing and no bait-and switch gimmicks

Honest, up-front pricing and no bait-and switch gimmicks after I got to the dealership. No unwanted, overpriced “dealer-installed accessories”. Mark “Coach” Rios went above and beyond to make sure the deal went smoothly. Westley McKeehan made the finance and closing process as quick and painless as possible. Sad to say that my first comment above would have already earned these guys 5 stars by comparison to certain other dealers in my area. Glad to know integrity can still be found in the car business, if you do your homework and look hard enough. For Ford, you need look no further than Ryan Ford and Coach Rios.

Dropped the car off and they did everything that was needed. It was a quick service and they even delivered the car back that same day! Great service!
