Coach "Mark" Rios is great to work with.

Coach "Mark" Rios is great to work with. I ordered my 2022 F150 King Ranch through Coach Rios and he treated me fairly. Very simple and low stress ordering process. I recommend you ask for Coach if you are looking for a Ford vehicle on the west side of Houston. Steve B.

Ryan Ford is honest and fair even after the sale.

'm very pleased with Ryan Ford and the customer service they showed after my puchase. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from them. I live in Lubbock so they transported the vehicle to me and only charged $300 to do so. I know it had to cost more than then in diesel alone. Once I got the Jeep and drove it about 50 miles, I noticed an oil leak which I discovered was from a leading rear main seal. Not a big deal and the part is pretty inexpensive but the labor to repair it can be costly. I took the Jeep to a reputable and dependable auto shop in Lubbock and they repaired the leak, but Curtis, my salesperson, made everything right on their end. The dealership reimbursed me for the replacing the rear main. They made it right, which is rare in this day and age. I appreciate Curtis and the ownership for their quick and fair response. I would recommend them to anyone.

Got the deal done!

Carlos was a great salesman and the finance manger, both just made us feel comfortable and we felt like they were trying to get us the best deal possible. There was a lot of back and forth with the banks but they were so patient and we got the deal done! I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. We are so happy with the 2022 Ranger XLT, couldn’t say thank you enough!

Working with Curtis was a great experience from beginning

Working with Curtis was a great experience from beginning to end. I bought a new truck from his dealer after a bad experience with a local dealer 1700 miles away. Curtis was extremely helpful to help put a deal together quickly, and very responsive to all my calls and texts, as this was an out of state purchase. I highly recommend working with Ryan Ford, and Wesley in finance was also great as well.

I needed to have a key made for my Ford F250, and

I needed to have a key made for my Ford F250, and wanted to see what they had available as a replacement for my older Ford truck. I would highly recommend anyone come visit if you want a new or preowned vehicle, or if you want your Ford serviced. The entire team was polite and professional, and their pricing is far better than others in the area. I paid $260 out the door here for what was quoted as $400+ at another Ford dealership! I worked with Austin in Service and Carlos in sales. These two guys are among the best in the business! These are the people you WANT to do business with, instead of those you are forced to do business with at other dealerships. You truly cannot ask more from a dealership - if you are anywhere within 2 hours of this place, make the drive - it will be worth it! Carlos is a no pressure, easy to work with salesman, and Austin is a true Service Professional. These guys are your Ford dream team! I am not usually a fan of dealerships, so for me to give a 5 star review to a car dealership is something that has NEVER happened before. Ryan Ford is my new dealership!

After spending weeks trying to find and purchase a Honda,

After spending weeks trying to find and purchase a Honda, we were very disappointed with dealerships’ responses and how we were treated, even lied to. Therefore, we decided to take a different path and custom order a Ford Explorer. We were very fortunate that we found Ryan Ford because this dealership and their staff, including our salesman - Curtis Markland, was very responsive and forthright. We requested drive out prices from approximately 8 Ford dealerships, but Curtis was the first salesman to send us a worksheet and order preview with all the details/expenses, which included a drive out price. He also told us about any rebates and financing options. In addition, Curtis told us that if the incentives were better once the vehicle came in, then they would apply those. Once the Explorer came in, he called us in and I’m happy to say that no games were played. We met the Finance Manager, Westley, who was very informative and detailed. He never pressured us into anything we didn’t want. Everyone we met, including Jordan in accessories, was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Overall, our experience was great!
