My husband I have purchased the last 6 trucks/cars from Ryan Ford and would not go anywhere else. Our sale person that use to be there is no longer there so I was little worried about going back and not having the great experience as I did before. I did check their website to make sure that Westley McKeehan was still in finance, to be honest if he would not have been there I would have tried to find out where he went. I was so happy he was there, I had a sale rep by the name of Benjamin Vanmullekom reach out to me and let me tell you he is the BEST sales person I have ever dealt with. He was not like your regular sales person, he made us feel like he had know us for years. Ben got the deal done and on. March 21, 2026 to buy our 2025 Ford Bronco Big Bend. When we got to the dealership to test drive Westley came out to greet us. Westley has such a good personality and now I know why I would not deal with any other finance person at a dealership but him. He makes the financing process easy. He will work extra hard to get your loan approved. March 22, 2026 my husband said he wanted to trade his truck in for a new one, so I reached out to Ben on Sunday and didn't expect him to email me since it was Sunday, but he did and said he would get started on the deal and get with Westley on Monday. Westley got the deal done and we picked up our new truck on Tue. I want to say that Ben and Westley will be our go to people in the future for our new vehicles, I refuse to deal with anyone but those 2 guys. Westley and Ben you both ROCK. Not only did you take care of our Truck and Bronco deal, but you treated us like family. You both will always be like family to us. :) I hope that Ryan Ford know what an asset you both are to their dealership, your hard work and dedication you both have. Thanks again. Our son will be looking next . :)

This was my second opportunity to purchase a vehicle from Coach/Ryan Ford. Top notch professionalism the whole way through and the process was so much easier than at other dealerships I have been to in the past. I highly recommend my sales person and this dealership

I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t disclose that the truck was a hybrid unit ready to sign the paperwork. The truck has 4 different tires and the change oil notification came on in less than two weeks after the purchase.

Ryan Ford and AC were both very easy to work with and were very attentive and responsive to any questions that I had. The managers and finance manager were also very easy to work with and the entire experience was pleasant.

I’m thankful for the friendly, family feel at Ryan Ford. Coach, Luke, and Westley made a great impact, and we’re grateful to be welcomed back to the Ford family with such open, gracious arms. Their customer service was outstanding from vehicle selection to driving off the lot.

I have been shopping for a Ranger since they were released. I do not react well to pushy sales techniques and have avoided purchasing until I called Ryan Ford. Coach was incredibly helpful with his support and tactics and gave this Ford family a dealership we will return to.
